• The lobby was very nice looking with a nice TV in it.
• The air system in our room and tiny bathroom with no fan.

“We had an OK stay - the lobby area seemed much nicer than the room. It smelled sort of musty when we entered the room. We opened a window to let in fresh air. The bathroom was tiny, with no fan in it. Our TV cable was messed up. The breakfast was pretty good- you could even make your own waffles.”

• It was very convenient.
• The maids did not clean the room to satisfaction.

“The worker at the front counter was very friendly and very good but the maids when they cleaned the rooms they didn't clean them very well and didn't put new towels in the room also they left food and condiments and cigars and cigarettes in the room which showed that they used the room for their break.”

• The staff was all friendly and efficient.
• The rooms were looking tired and well worn.

“The hotel was nice but the rooms needed some basic maintenance some mold peeling wallpaper no extra blanket or pillows. The heat system in the room was falling apart however all the parts were there.”

• Convenient location and good price.
• Room temperature yogurt for breakfast.

“I didn't care for the room I originally had which had a sliding glass door all the way in back of the hotel. I asked to be moved and was put in the main building on the second floor which was perfect. Very quiet. The yogurt for the breakfast buffet seemed almost room temperature one morning even though it was in a refrigerated case. All in all a good experience and at 10-minutes away from the Cleveland Convention Center, convenient with good prices.”
