• Clean, large refrigerator and microwave.
• Mattresses not very comfortable.

“Hotel was clean and neat, area was quiet, room had a refrigerator and a microwave a table and chair and a coffee maker. Also, had a large closet but the mattresses were not very comfortable woke up with a neck ache. Not the worst mattresses I have ever slept on but not temperpedic either like at the Marriott mattresses need improvement.”

• Nothing.
• It was old, dirty, loud, beds were uncomfortable, didn't feel safe.

“It is an old hotel with mold in the bathroom, squeaky uncomfortable beds. It was in a very loud area. I was glad we only stayed one night.”

• Friendly staff, clean rooms and close to everything you need!

“Room was clean and staff was very friendly. The rooms were large enough that you don't feel like your stepping over someone to move around. There is a sitting area (sleeper couch) so you can sit and relax after a long day at the parks!”

• Right on main road, easy to find and close to Disney.
• The room had a terrible smell of cigarettes or something else just as musty and bad.

“Checking in took over 20 minutes and that was one person being helped by 2 people behind the desk. Parking is sparse but well lit in front. The room had an overwhelming smell that hit like a brick but we got used to it after a while. The room was clean however and after the initial disgusting smell it met our needs and was roomy with a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The sink drained decently, unlike many hotels I have stayed at.”

• Convenient location.
• Unethical business practices.

“The hotel was moderately clean with a friendly staff. However, they charged extra fees on the bill that could not be supported or explained. If the hotel isn't making it's projected profit, it shouldn't resort to charging miscellaneous fees to customers. I won't stay at Travelodge again.”

• Fixed problems quickly.
• A little rundown.

“When we arrived and went to our room, there were bags and clothes in the room (I assume it was occupied). Went to new room and there was black mold in the shower. Fire alarm went on early in the morning and phone did not work when we tried to call front office about it. They fixed the phone and mold when we complained.”

• Close to good restaurants and not far from Disney World.
• It was not as clean as I expect from hotels.

“I would not consider this a good hotel for couples or for business travelers. The only reason that I would suggest it for families is that they have pull out couches in the rooms and inside doors to the room next to you. If families needed more then one room or if they needed 3 separate sleeping beds. However, this particular location was nicer. If you do decide to go and stay at this Travelodge, pack your own breakfast or go to Cracker Barrel across the street. The breakfast consists of muffins and bagels. There was no place to sit, so we had to take it back to our room.”

• It was spacious.
• Parking spaces were not assigned so hard to get next to our room.

“It was a very nice hotel. clean and spacious and convenient to get to anywhere you wanted to including Disney world! Everything was very good about the hotel except trying to find parking. It's not assigned, so we had to haul our stuff a distance because a space for parking was not open next to our room. But that's the only complaint I really have.”

• Continental breakfast was awful.

“It was alright. It had a pool and hot tub, although the hot tub was not hot enough. The Continental breakfast was borderline inedible. The office staff was generally not helpful. The beds were too small, and the pullout sofa could not be slept on without risk of throwing your back out. They also charged you a resort fee and for the life of me I cannot figure out what was resort like about the place. The chair in our room was missing screws and fell apart when we sat on it, but they did not charge us for it.”

• I was charged a $2.25 service charge on each room by the hotel. It is not a lot of money but I thought everything was covered.

“I like the location, staff is absolutely rude and on the top of that they charge service fee per day. I have been to many hotels before, in all different areas, but I never paid anything other than daily rate + tax. This was my first experience paying service charges plus tax on that.”
