CANCELED OUR RESERVATION LESS THAN ONE WEEK BEFORE WE WERE TO LEAVE

“This resort has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My family made plans to visit Disney the week of Easter '05 and made reservations several months ahead of the visit. We received confirmations of the reservation by mail. Star Island canceled our reservation less than one week before we were to visit. When we called, they said there was nothing they could do.

They made a mistake and my five year old daughters have to pay for it. No other accomaditions were avail. that week so we didn't get to go. The least they could have done was offered a free week some other time, since it was their mistake.”
