• High quality.
• We had four adults and the second bed was a double couch foldout.

“I asked for independence and it was in Beachwood - in wrong direction, hotel high quality good size room but did not like fold out sofa.”

• The bed was very comfortable.
• The breakfast was not complimentary.

“This is a really good hotel. The only problem I had with the hotel was the $2 pops out of the vending machine and the fact that they wanted another $10.75 per person for a mediocre breakfast.”

• Location was easy to find & close to shopping & restaurants.
• There wasn't anything I didn't like about this hotel. Was very clean & nicely decorated.

• The room was very comfortable with 2 queen size beds and a flat screen TV.
• The heating unit was very loud when it came on throughout the night to regulate the temperature, waking my young son.

“Our stay was excellent, overall. The pool and whirlpool were readily available and at a nice temperature. While we didn't use the workout room, it looked very nice. The lobby area was attractive, and the staff was very friendly.”

• Very impressed with the atmosphere, location, and appearance of the hotel.
• I don't have one negative comment about this hotel. If I am in Cleveland again this is where I would stay, again.

“The hotel went above and beyond our expectations. It was the best hotel we have stayed in for a long time. Not only was it cost effective, but the quality of service, the amenities, and the cleanliness was nothing short of excellence. The staff was very helpful in giving directions and had knowledge of the activities occurring within the local area. We would defiantly stay there again if ever we are in Cleveland again.”

• Several restaurants were within walking distance of the hotel.
• We were initially charged for several beverages we did not purchase. I think the problem was corrected.

“We were charged initially $8 for beverages we did not purchase. When they attempted to correct the bill, it became $16 dollars. The clerk took my name and address and later mailed me a receipt showing a $0 balance. They may need to review their charging procedure on in-store purchases.”

• Needs some updating in bathroom shower/tub.

“This hotel was nice and clean, bathtub had some paint peeling off, but overall it was a nice hotel. I would stay here again.”

• Traffic getting out off their road to the main rd.

“Convenient free parking, close to many restaurants, with a breakfast area in the lobby. Very nice pool and hot tub (the temp could have been a bit cooler for added comfort). Nice clean rooms well kept, with large flat screen TV. Refrigerator available by request for no additional charge. Snacks, ice cream available 24 hrs at front desk. 2 nice outdoor patios, one with a waterfall. Ice machines/vending on each floor.”
