• New and Clean.
• Location is not the most convenient.

• When we arrived the representative was not friendly. She presented poor customer service skills.

“I really dont't have a review of the property because when I arrived at the property,I found out that they had no room for me ...........even though they had charged my credit card for the room.Instead they booked in the Hilton by Seaworld which....while very nice....was not where I wanted to be. My big question is..........will I give them another chance to try and screw up my request again or will I give my business to another hotel chain who will think enough of me to at the very least keep me informed of any changes being made in my vacation plans as compared to telling me once I arrive in their lobby looking for my room.”
