• Location to Disney World Parks.
• Everything.

“What a major disappointment, beds were soaking wet, 4 people in a room with only 2 towels when asked for more, were told to deal with it, room did not have a lock on the front door, carpet at door in was torn so bad the door would not completely open, lights in room would not work, air condition was so loud TV could not be heard turned up all the way. Showers would not drain in either room. Floor in both showers were so soft you bounced when standing in them, motel had to stack 3-4 bath mats in floor so you would not stand in the standing water, bathroom door would not close to get light to work over sink, you had to beat on the wall. Continental breakfast consisted of little Debbie cakes and you had to eat in the lobby while being watched over by the staff. Manager locks you out of the room trying to get double pay. All staff members were rude. People living at the motel driving a ice cream truck had extension cords laying over walk way making walking very dangerous. Chairs were not able to be sat in (they rocked so bad you were afraid you would fall out of them). What a shame the main office for Knights Inn still promotes this motel. We were very afraid to stay there.”

• The maid stole my $80 swimsuit and they wouldn't do anything. Manager did not help at all.

“We had to be moved to 5 different hotel rooms. Our first room the whole air conditioning unit fell off the wall, the next the toilet over flowed into the room, the next the lights in the room wouldn't turn on at all. That manager needs to be fired and all the staff there.”

“The room was small, hard to find, in a dark little corner, smelled of mold, the floor gave way under foot, mold under the carpet and tile, no safe key, breakfast was so tiny my kids were still hungry ( they barely eat as it is ).”

• AC leaked all over floor. Bathroom door did not close.

“Great location for area attraction. Overall appearance was not good. AC system, felt cold wet floor. The bathroom door was broken and would not shut. But didn't expect much for the price.”

• Small pool was clean.
• Horrible building conditions. Feels like your in a trailer from the 70's. Floor in bathroom was getting ready to fall through.

“This hotel is cheap and in poor condition. The rooms smell and the floor was falling through in the bathroom. The floors squeak. You feel like you in a trailer from the 70's. The AC works and the beds are sufficient. The shower head is too low for most people of average height. The traffic noise was terrible.”

• There wasn't anything positive about the hotel except that the location in relation to Disney was okay.
• The hotel was unsanitary. They never left enough towels in the room, they never cleaned the bathroom, including before we got there.

“This hotel was so horrible and I would not recommend it to anyone. The original room they gave us was unlivable and when we told them that we did not wish to stay, they gave us their so called best room. It was a little better than the first, but it was still dirty.”

“This was the dirtiest nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in we slept in our clothes on top of the bed using our beach blankets to lay on and covering up with our beach towels. We checked in at 11p.m. the night clerk was rude and acted bothered to have to get up and help us.”
