• Location, clean room.
• Shower wasn't warm enough.

“Thanks to the nice staff and clean room, we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel except the wall was thin. I had to ask the boy who was loud in the hall way to be quiet. It was 11:30 at night so I blame that on his parents. Location is great. Staff is really helpful and friendly. We would stay there again for sure. Thank you.”

• Worst experience in 30 years.

“Power and water cut off at 7 am second morning without warning. No attempt to warn customers, no shower, no lights, no breakfast. Staff did nothing to make amends. Worst hotel stay in our lives. Before this, parking was bad, complimentary breakfast was terrible, pool was dirty and very small. Need I continue? I have stayed at hundreds of hotels, this was the worst experience ever.”

• Bus only came once a day for Disney etc.

• Nice size rooms, adequate towels, two comfortable beds, nice size bathroom, and sink outside bathroom that allowed two people to get ready at once.
• The breakfast bar was not replenished during the last half hour it was open, there was nothing left to eat - so much for the free breakfast included.

“This was a nice clean hotel. The only problem we had was that the breakfast bar was not replenished during the last half hour it was open. We had a choice of Raisin Bran, cornflakes, and toast. The muffins, bagels, yogurt, kids cereals, oatmeal packs, and fruit were all gone. The lady in the back was aware that there were many people out there, but did not bring out more food.”

• Breakfast bar and the pool.
• We were first assigned a room that had not been cleaned. The second room's carpet was wet.

“Finding entrance to hotel was a bit difficult. Staff was friendly. Breakfast bar very nice. Pool area nice.”

• Close to the Caribe Royale's Convention Centre and close to International Drive.
• The room is not sufficiently equipt w/ necessities and need more luggage trollies since there is no bell boys, vending and ice machines out of supply.

“Convenient to the Convention Centre at Caribe Royale, street adjacent to International Drive and quick exit to I-4. Slow/lack of service and need more staffs.”

• Everything was great. By far the best value hotel that we stayed at in Orlando.
• Nothing.

“This was by far the best hotel that we stayed at in Orlando. The staff was very friendly and the continental breakfast was very good. The rooms were very clean with a microwave and fridge. The outdoor pool was very clean and refreshing. There are lots of attractions around this area and the entrance to Disney in very close. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. First class.”

• We loved the continental breakfast. Especially that you could make your own pancakes.
• We wished the free shuttle to Disney world offered more times for pickup and drop off.

“Clean rooms. Staff was friendly. We would consider staying there again if the shuttle offered more times for pick up and drop off. It seemed like we were rushed every night to get back to escort for pick up at 10:00 p.m. We couldn't even stay for fireworks at magic kingdom and mom because we wouldn't get back in time to make the bus.”

• This hotel was very sweetly decorated with lots of murals and a down home country theme.
• The pool was horribly small and on the back side of the hotel overlooking the parking lot.

“This hotel was clean, conveniently located and family friendly. It's location was in a strip mall parking lot with very little "guest" parking. We parked way out in the strip mall parking lot with most of the other hotel guests. Although parking was a pain, the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was worthless because it was so crowded that my two girls and I just left and ate in Epcot. But, overall, the beds were comfortable, the hotel was cute and only about 10 minutes from the park.”

• Parking over flow was in to a shopping center parking lot.

“This was an excellent choice for both business and leisure. The location could not be beat. Would stay here again.”

• Fridge and microwave in room, breakfast, location, felt like a fresh room each day when I came back.
• The parking was limited and did not feel safe.

“The room was spacious and I really enjoyed having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. I did have trouble figuring out the TV channels, but that was probably more the operator than the hotel.”

“This hotel is very good for my family. However One thing is problem. This hotel has to differentiate the non-smoking room from the smoking room for reservation. My family wanted to stay in non-smoking room and already confirmed my reservation of Non-smoking room,1 week ago. But I had to stay in smoking room 1 night so we could not fall a sleep deeply. And then next day I could get a Non-smoking room by thank full help of the manager of hotel.”

• Nice continental breakfast. Good setting good food.
• Noisy screaming children everywhere late at night.

“The check in was fine, the lobby was clean and well lit. But once in the room, the chaos in the halls was very disturbing. I had to step out at 11:30 at night to demand quiet. Housekeeping was good the first three days, but poor the last day.”

• The location of the hotel in regards to Disney World.
• The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast buffet that was awful. The french toast sticks were hard as a rock and the eggs were watery.

“Although, the hotel could use some remodeling, it served the purpose. The best thing about the hotel is the location. The free breakfast buffet was not the greatest.”
