• The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
• Construction workers/remodelers made alto of noise, very early in the
  AM also.

• Good location.
• Not sound proof. Was up all night because we were
  next to party room.

“Not up to 3.5 standards. Many residence inn's put this to shame. Worst night I have ever spent in a hotel. Walls are like paper. Reported the neighbors to the front desk 5 times nothing was done.”

• Nicely appointed - it is what I expect from a Hilton Hotel.
• Lots of partying going on all night - my son was unable to sleep.

“Nice appointments, but noisy on a Friday night. The sound continued on the floor where we stayed, so we did not get a good night's sleep. This may have been a one time only event.”

• Rude staff, low quality facility.

“We checked in among a biker convention in the lobby could not hear. Toilet contained urine flushed it began to gush from bottom, quickly filled hallway took 4 min. to get answer at desk took 20 min. to get cart to move our belongings spoken to rude staff member I don't like your attitude after I complained about the length it took to get a response when calling regarding toilet and a cart. Marijuana usage and alcohol at pool. No towels either day had to make numerous calls to have 2 brought out probably 10 people waiting at all times. No sound on TV's in fitness center, no way to listen with earphones equipment missing. Numerous areas of hotel smelled like smoke, mold and urine. Disgusting.”

• What I liked about this hotel is the service and the bar area.
• What I didn't like about the hotel is that was the non-smoking and the next door neighbors.

• The room included a refrigerator and microwave.
• The room did not have a comfortable chair with Ottoman.

“The stay was pleasant. No loud noises. Comfortable bedding. Would have enjoyed a comfortable chair with ottoman to elevate legs after hours of travel (without having to lay in the bed).”

• The night time staff member was very helpful to me.
• I was on the first floor. I would have preferred the second floor.

“The hotel was near the interstate and near shopping and eating facilities. The lady the attended the night shift should be commended for her assistance to me.”

• Convenient location.
• Very loud, walls/ceilings paper thin, loud heater/AC, could not sleep.

“I would likely not stay at this hotel again. The room was fine, however, it was very noisy and I could not sleep. I could hear every conversation the people above us were having. Every time the heater and AC kicked, it made a very loud noise and was very loud while running. Need earplugs for this hotel!”

• Loved the bed and bedding and very clean.
• Noise from first floor event below my room til 1:00 am and clock had not been reset from time spring forward time change.

“This is a great hotel to stay at. I have stayed here three times this past year and the staff and rooms were always top notch. The luxury bedding is wonderful (love the sheets on both sides of the blanket and all the pillows). The pool is very nice and the workout facility is more than adequate.”

“Overall the rooms were nice and were fine for an overnight stay. The location was great. I did not eat at the restaurant nor did I use the workout room - although it did look adequate.”

• The view of the golf course from the pool was great.
• The first room we stayed in had bugs.

“Nice location. View of the golf course was great! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. However, it would be a good idea to require parents to supervise children using these facilities.”

• Nothing, horrible hotel worse than motel.
• Worse than motel.

“Never ever stay in this hotel. Smell in hallway rooms. Algae in pool and water smells. Sauna also same way. Not friendly staff. Internet never worked and if asked no one even bothered to attend my problem.”
