“Nice location. View of the golf course was great! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. However, it would be a good idea to require parents to supervise children using these facilities.”

“Never ever stay in this hotel. Smell in hallway rooms. Algae in pool and water smells. Sauna also same way. Not friendly staff. Internet never worked and if asked no one even bothered to attend my problem.”

“It is attractive, clean and updated. Our room was very comfortable, had nice linens and was quiet. We did experienced a few downfalls. The elevator is very far from the lobby. If you have mobility problems this is not the hotel for you. Weekend nights are extremely noisy on the first floor. The bar is hopping and the music is uncomfortably loud. It would be nice if the hotel put a sound proof door at the entrance to the club. Other than those two issues, we liked the hotel and would stay again.”

“This hotel is very nice for business people. The staff was friendly. The pool area was not really kept up. The carpet and floor in the room were not clean at all. Not a hotel for a family stay. Not much for children to do at the hotel. It was centrally located by malls and places to eat.”

“Where do I start but here we go. I arrived at the hotel. When I asked to use the internet which cost me 5.78. Housekeeping did not have one ready. Mind you it was 5 pm and check in time is 3 pm. I said well I need a double bed room and she kept insisting on trying to put me in a king room. I then asked when housekeeping could have my room available and she said let me check when she came back over 10 minutes later she said that housekeeping had went home. I find it hard to believe that a hotel with over 1000 rooms has no housekeeping staff. Next she said the manager was in a meeting and I could wait until he got out of the meeting to talk to him. Then after about a half hour she said well we can give you a double non-smoking room and then bring you ashtrays. We arrived at our room and it was small and very outdated in the bathroom area. We had traveled all day so I went in to take a shower and the tub was filthy and would not drain so after taking a shower standing in 8 of water I got a knock at the door and there was a gentlemen standing there with 1 ash tray when I asked for an additional ashtray he said that was the only 1 they had. Come on a Hilton hotel with over 1000 rooms has 1 ashtray. The next morning I had business that was going to keep me over an additional night. When I asked for a late checkout so that I could find different accommodations I was told I could stay till 1pm (checkout is 12 pm) but that I would have to be out by 1PM in a very snotty way. Bottom line is I have.”

“This hotel is not close to anything interesting, unless of course you interests extend to horrible neighborhoods and teaming highways. Our experience was particularly bad as a result of a group of people who thought it was acceptable to host an all-night party in the room adjacent to ours. The hotel's response to our numerous complaints was slow and ineffective; they flat-out ignored our first call. The bottom line: spend a little more and stay in the city.”

“We really enjoyed our bed. It was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately our toilet was dirty when we arrived and there was also an unsightly spot on the floor next to it. The coffee creamer in the room was all rotten and we had two wash cloths replaced by one on the final day of our stay. Also many equivalently starred hotels seem to have flat screen televisions in them, while this had what seemed to be a 20 year old set.”
