• Clean, and a friendly staff.

“I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very kind and helpful. We checked in after Jonas Brothers concert. Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Free hot breakfast was included. What more could you ask for!”

• Security officer delivered towels to room after none were left by housefeeping

“The rooms were very clean and nice, the hotel staff and manager very helpful and friendly. Although there was a housekeeping oversight the manager and staff once notified went out of their way to correct the problme as well as compensate me and my family making our stay very pleasant.”

• The front desk manager's attitude.

“Very rude front desk manager, I would never stay here again. The front desk manager's attitude was shocking, he didn't want to go out of his way and basically told me to take the room or leave it. I was not in a position to walk away so stayed for one night only and changed hotel the next day. The hotel was not the cleanest I have stayed at and the location and was out of the way. Quite a disappointing experience for a Hilton family hotel. The front desk manager needs to go and work in a place where he doesn't have to deal with the public.”

• The front desk staff
  was
  very attentive during check in and always said good morning!
• The TV volume is pre-set to a loud level. So be aware when you turn it on.

“The hotel was a totally great experience. Front check in, the staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean and spacious with two big flat screen TVs. The free breakfast was great. The cooks are very respectful and friendly to your breakfast order.”

• Room keys deactivated. Had to visit desk 3 times because they wouldn't work

• Spacious rooms, gorgeous atrium, great complimentary breakfast and cocktails.
• Can't think of anything negative, it was great!

“Wonderful hotel, great service, lovely settings, great amenities. The best was the complimentary dining, both the cocktails and appetizers in the evening and the hot breakfast in the morning. The room was immaculate, up-to-date, with lots of space. I would definitely stay here again.”

• Excellent value; convenient, roomy, great service, friendly staff, good location
• Did not like our interior room. No ability to control room temperature. Way too hot.

“First stay in Embassy Suites. Very friendly, welcoming, accommodating staff. Great value and convenience for travelers with children, as hotel had indoor pool,game area, exercise area. Buffet breakfast and manager's reception was included in price. Beautiful interior. Our room however, was an interior room, with no ability to open a window and get fresh air. We had no air conditioning and only heat. We could not regulate our room temperature. The room was lovely, very spacious, had many creature comforts but the creatures in it were roasting all weekend!”

• The free cook to order breakfast is a great treat and the large spacious rooms are wonderful.

“Not as bad as the Intourist hotel in Moscow, Russia that I stayed in in 1996, but close. Noisy room, smoking room that really stank, and we could not tell what the stain was on the sheets.”
