• The whole hotel.
• Twice I went to use the laundry and there were no soap powder in the machine.

“Would recommend this hotel although if you want to get about easy you would need a car. Staff very friendly & helpful. Hotel spotless and breakfast great. We would go back again.”

• Quiet and restive.
• Nothing in mind.

“I spent 3 days touring Orlando and the hotel was a haven from all the hustle and bustle of the wd world adventure mindset. Nice breakfast, without a rush to put it away in the morning. Staff was friendly and interactive. There was no smell of cigarette smoke anywhere, so hopefully the former issue has been settled. I too am a non smoker and cannot tolerate it, so I would have been upset to have hallways stinking of it. But it did not. Access from this hotel to local attractions, airport, and i-4 was easy. I would stay again. ”

• Relatively new, great location
• Smelled like cigarette smoke.

“I went away for a weekend vacation for some alone time (I have 2 little kids who stayed home with Daddy)- so I knew I would be spending some time at the hotel. We knew of this location because we are Florida residents. The Savona is in a very convenient location- especially for those wishing to go to Disney, but not wanting to pay for Disney hotels. There are also some back roads you can use for avoiding I-4 from the North. The hotel is supposed to be a completely non-smoking hotel, but I found this hotel smelled more like smoke than any other I have stayed in. (I am NOT a smoker.) After the first night I had to relocate to a different room because the smell of smoke kept me up- apparently from the overnight maintenance room across the hall. The front desk staff was very apologetic and accommodating, and moved me to a different room. I was moved to a different floor, however there must have been people smoking in their rooms there, too, because the hallway stunk. The woman at the front desk asked me to call the general manager at the hotel to let him know of my complaint, as she said I have not been the first to complain, but nothing seems to be getting done about it. I called and left a message, and have not heard form him- I would have at least expected a call for an apology or something think that people disregard that it is a completely non-smoking hotel, especially if it is the only place that has vacancies. I would not stay here again unless they could gaurantee no smoke!If you don't mind the smell of smoke, this is a good place to stay.”

• The suite gave us the room we need with two growing children.
• Near the highway and many restaurants, but the traffic in the afternoon and evening is congested.

“Clean hotel room, good buffet breakfast, small pool. The hotel is in a quiet area of Orlando near Disney World and Sea World.”
