• Very clean rooms and comfortable beds.

  have been double charged and trying still to get that straight. Spoke with manager who says he is working on it.

“Very clean and quiet to be only 2 miles from the attractions. Lots of cheap places to eat right there if you go on a budget as we did. Can't go wrong with this place We have already recommended it to 3 of our friends who are coming to the area in the next month.”

• Worthy, good hotel to knows Disney.
• It's very disagreeable that they intent sell another resort : tiempo compartido. If you say no thanks, they be angry and manifest with up voice.

• Shuttle, breakfast and the room.

“I think comfort inn is a wonderful place, it provided several service that are very practical and helpful for us, the shuttle is very convenient, that breakfast is also good. So overall it is a wonderful place for people who want to enjoy most of their time in the theme parks.”

• Absolutely in the best location possible, you will find everything within a mile radius.
• Continental breakfast needs more choices.

• Housekeeping stole clothing was out of luggage and bathroom was very dirty.

“Would not recommend it. Housekeeping stole clothing was out of our luggage and did nothing about it. The shower curtain and the wall of bathroom had mold and mildew. I mentioned it and no one bothered to clean it. I will never go there again. Advice to all who stay here: lock your luggage when you leave and put all valuable items in the safe if you don't want housekeeping to take anything.”

• Breakfast was served for my children, so it was one less expense.
• The water in the swimming pool was always warm instead of cool.

“The hotel appearance wasn't what I expected the floors had stains making it feel sticky when walking bare footed. The chairs had stains. The swimming pool water was always warm.”

• They have psycho housekeeping people that kept interrupting & waking us up in the morning.

“The room was kind of shabby and could've used updating for sure. The housekeeping people kept knocking on our door at all hours for various things. They even knocked early in the morning and came in our room before we were awake for the day, which was very awkward and irritating. They really expected to clean our room that early. We complained to the front desk about it, but it never got better. We've never experienced this kind of problem at any of the other motels we've stayed in. The free continental breakfast was so overcrowded that we gave up on it. The line was so long that it went all the way thru the lobby and out the door. Had to go buy breakfast elsewhere. For a motel this big. Maybe they should consider a separate dining space for each wing of this complex. We personally don't recommend this motel and will definitely never stay there again.”

“Great value. Close to Disney. Make sure to get an odd numbered room. To avoid waiting in a 5 minute line to fill a small cup several times, bring your own mug to the continental breakfast for coffee or juice.”

• Location of hotel - street great - dining area was very nice.
• Run down - door not secure - crack down middle.

“We thought the location was great. The hotel seemed a little run down and was not what we expected from a few years ago. The door to our room had a large crack opening down the middle and we had to secure it with a chair.”
