• It was clean.
• It was an older property.

“As with so many hotels in the Disney area, Marriot stamped their name on a property that was ok, but not worthy of the Marriot name. When one goes to a Marriot, excellence is expected, not average.”

• Parking is a bit tight.

• They made us feel we mattered to them as guests.
• No microwave in the room we were in.

• Within walking distance to many restraints.
• No free shuttle to downtown Disney.

“Good hotel with excellent facilities. The pool is small but very acceptable. Probably the smallest hot tub I have ever seen. The maximum occupancy is 3 people. The area is excellent is walking to many restraints. It is a safe area and the hotel provides free on time shuttle service to the Disney parks. I wish there was a free shuttle to downtown Disney.”

• Located very near Disney complex, Crossroads and not too far from Universal and Sea World.
• No room service. One cup coffee maker. No lounge.

“The Courtyard by Marriott Lake Buena Vista is in an extremely convenient location if you wish to visit the theme parks. The staff is friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable with most of the usual amenities. The in room coffee maker would only brew one cup at a time, which was somewhat inconvenient, and the hotel charged us a hefty fee to switch from two double beds to one king size, although that is a very standard choice and they had plenty of rooms. We were not asked our preference up front, just assigned a room. Other than that, our three days there were very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.”

• The hotel is very close to Disney World, shops, and eateries.
• There was only one computer in the lobby for guests, and someone was always using it.

“The exterior of the hotel is beautiful, but the actual rooms and service are not particularly outstanding. I was not unhappy with any of the accommodations nor was I generally very impressed.”

• The hotel seemed to have adequate pools for the guests.
• The beds were only full and seemed small. I was unable to get a Queen or King size bed.

“Overall it was a nice and convenient hotel to Downtown Disney. I would have been happier if my bed requirements were accommodated and they had a regular coffee put as opposed to a single serve pot.”

• Was well maintained and provided nice environment. Convenient location.
• Had nothing that I disliked.

“The hotel provided a medium price with a very nice environment. It offers pool and hot-tub provisions and access to the Disney area attractions are only minutes away. For quiet time, you are just outside the hustle and bustle of most of the surrounding area, yet close to dining and other shopping centers.”

• The staff was very friendly.
• The hotel is outdated and the room was dirty. The service for cleaning was not thorough and our toilet overflowed twice. Another room please.

• The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
• The concierge on the Friday afternoon we were there and waiting in line just ignored us while talking to kids, didn't say she would be with us shortly.
