• There was nothing that "wowed" me
• the food was overcooked, front dest didn't know the buss schedule and the kids suits should not be next to a window it should of been in the back room

“As I already explained the front staff had no idea about the bus schedule. I had to ask them to phone someone and please find out. We ate in your resteraunt we had the sliders they were over cooked and the meat was so thin. I also didnt like the fact the the kids suit was right as u walked in the room.”

• I don't have to go back.
• Shower doesn't work and weak management.

“The shower did not work. 7am manager sent a security guard to fix! Now, I had to wake up. I then told the "manager" to give us another room to use for the shower, she did, but would not give us the key.”

• The kid's suite allowed for our 2 children to stay in their own space allowing us privacy.
• If you stay on the pool side of the hotel you can plan on waking up when the pool opens.

“Good hotel for the money. Liked the kids suite room which allowed for our 4 & 6 yr olds to have their own space and TV and we had ours. However, with the kid's suite that we had it made the room feel very small. Not a big deal for us because we didn't spend much time in the room. Also, be aware that there are different styles of kids suites in that some have doors that close and some just have a cubical wall separating the two spaces. Our room had the door. The room had a small fridge and microwave which was nice for us because it allowed us to keep some breakfast items and snacks on hand instead of eating every meal out. The room also has a safe which you program with your own 4 digit pin. They have 2 hot-tubs, a large shallow kid pool and a large swimming pool which were nice. However, if you stay on the pool side of the hotel be prepared to wake up when the pool opens. If you have small children and don't plan on spending a lot of time in the room this is the place to stay. There are plenty of supervised child activities that the hotel offers and a huge video game room to keep the kids preoccupied so the cramped room size shouldn't matter.”

• Separate sleeping area for children and kitchenette.
• Facilities needs updating.

“Separate sleeping area for children is a plus. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were able to see the Disney fireworks from the rear of the hotel. Excellent location, close to shopping/ restaurants/ major highways/ theme parks. The facilities need updating, the breakfast does not offer variety and the food is bland.”

• Good location, nice lobby and common area, nice pool, friendly staff.
• Room appeared very dated. Disappointed "kids suite" was only a room divider, so to separate room.

“Hotel was OK. Room was less than desirable. Expected separate kids suite to be a separate room, but instead was simply a wall divider in the middle of a standard size, dated hotel room. Thought all was overpriced for what we got, but I guess this is Orlando?”

• Friendly helpful staff, great location to the Disney/Universal etc. And fast food.
• Starting to show wear & tear.

“I will recommend this place to friends with younger kids. The hotel is right for the price, easy to find, close to the parks, walking distance to several fast food places & a pharmacy. The manager was very helpful. The security guards did look like they were actively watching the parking lot. This is a decent, cheap, family friendly hotel. We didn't use the pools, gym or restaurants.”

• Exercise room had moldy odor, one tread mill out of order.

• The staff was very friendly.
• The hotel room was clean but very old. Carpets etc. were not acceptable. We did not stay at the hotel because of this.

“The staff and amenities were very nice. However the pool and room was not up to par. We checked in around 4:30 and check out around 7:30. The room had a very stale odor. The carpet and bedding was old. The staff tries their best but the owners need to invest some time and money into the hotel. We were very disappointed.”

• The pool and the video game room were great getaways for the whole family.
• One of the TV remotes didn't work and the wall (murals) needed a little touch up paint.

“I thought that the overall atmosphere was very family friendly. The pool depths were great for our 5yr old, 2yr old and 10mth old. I would recommend the hotel to other families planning on a Disney trip. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the entrance to Disney. The price was worth it.”

• Guest Services promised me to help but never did anyone come to attend to my request.

• The entire hotel has free wireless internet.
• The television remote barely worked.

“This hotel was close to the areas we wanted to visit, but the traffic on nearby roads was very bad (day and night). It was extremely difficult to get in and out of the hotel's one entrance. We were originally given a large room on the first floor, but we asked to be moved because the room faced the parking lot. We were there for a romantic weekend and didn't want to have headlamps shining in all night. I think the staff was annoyed because they moved us to a much smaller room. The reason we chose this hotel was because it was very nice on our last stay' large room, not a lot of noise in the hallways, etc. This time not only was the room much smaller (for the same price as the larger one), but the noise in the hallways at all times of the day and night was awful. A couple having a loud conversation right outside our door woke us up at 6:30 one morning, and it is a good thing we both like to stay up late because there was plenty of noise at night, too. The hotel was clean, and it was nice to have a microwave, refrigerator, and wireless Internet in the room, but I think it was priced a little high for what we got.”

• The location of the hotel was ideal for our plans to Disney and Sea World . I loved the pool area. The staff was great and catered to the children.
• I did not care for the restaurant. Breakfast was expensive for adults. In-house pizzas were awful and awfully expensive.

“Over-all we loved it. For the location, pool, fun activities for the kids, friendly staff, cleanliness and convenience of the kitchen. We would stay again.”

• Hotel rooms are very dated, rooms could be cleaner.
