“This hotel is one of the better hotels on the strip. The hotel has very solid amenities and facilities. Everything is well maintained and fairly new. Great value for the area. They do try to stick you with a resort fee but the hotel isn't really a resort. The rooms are spaciest and some have great amenities. I was given a free upgrade to a deluxe king and it was very nice. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room also had a full kitchen area. The staff was friendly and helpful upon check-in. An excellent value.”

“My overall experience was good, the hotel manager accommodated my family the best they could immediately. On the day we checked out, the bell boy helped out get our luggage out and to the car, I forgot to tip him. I realized we had left something in the room, so I returned to the room. Some food taken out of the fridge and eaten in a manner that indicates a spoon was not available. I believe it was the bell boy because there weren't any maids on the floor yet, and I was the last person in the room prior to and I lift the toilet seat. I have manners. I don't appreciate the bell boy making us look like slobs nor do I appreciate the idea of making the cleaning service clean up after him in a guest room.”

“The hotel was in a great location for Disney, even Seaworld, Universal. Had a nice small playground. I traveled with 2 small children so having a Pizza Hut and A&W in the hotel with reasonable prices was great. The room was clean but the daily housekeeping services, left something to be desired. I know everyone is going green which is short for we only wash the towels that are in the tub (not if they are on the floor), we don't change the sheets and don't give you new soap.”

“I think the hotel is nice. But the clients that stay at the hotel seem to be young teenagers and club goers. I guess you get for what you pay.”

“The hotel was one of the cleanest ones we have stayed at. The pool area was excellent with pool, adult and kids with hot tube. Plus an area for the kids to play. All in all an excellent stay I recommend it to everyone.”

“Overall it was OK. The bathroom was nice and spacious. The TV power button was broken. Two full size beds would have been nicer if they were queen.”

“Hotel was super clean. Bunk beds in the room was a great touch if you have kids. Room was average size. Because we spent four days doing the theme park thing we did not spend much time in the room. Beds were new and comfortable. Sheets felt clean and crisp. Atmosphere was quiet. If you need to stay at this hotel and you do not want to break the bank this is the best value. Clean is the key word that I wanted to get across in my review of this hotel. If they can find a way to keep it like this all the time, well past the newness of the hotel I will always stay here and tell my friends and family to do the same.”

“Seemed better than Motel 6 and master inn up the block, very high cost of breakfast. This is a resort then label it as a resort not a hotel or motel.”

“Great location. The staff was attentive and nice. This hotel was okay due to the price and the location to Disney World. We did not feel as safe based on the behavior of the other guests as compared to a Marriott, Hyatt, or other hotels that we have been booked. Also - for this level of hotel I am unsure why they charged a resort fee. It was not even close to the amenities that The Omni provided the last time we stayed in Orlando earlier this summer, which also charged a resort fee.”

“We have stayed at this hotel twice in the past month, and have enjoyed the stay. It is very clean, and the staff are pleasant. The negatives are minor and expected for the star level of this hotel.”

“We had to come back from Disney early, my daughter was ill, when we came back, there was a 16 year old boy and his younger sister working on the door to our room, they said the door was not working and they had to fix it, they said they were working with their father whom we never saw, they banged and banged on the door for 30 minutes while my 10 year old daughter ran back and forth to the bathroom having diarrhea. My husband went downstairs to complain and the manager told him that they would be done soon, when I looked out of the door (which had been wide open for 45minutes of banging) the manager had come up and was breathing down the 16 year old boys neck.the boy finished the door hitch now had to slammed to close fully and yanked and pushed on to open. Instead of intimidating the poor boy,
the manager should have moved us to another room so that my daughter would have a little privacy and the boys father should have shown up to help him instead of putting all of that responsibility on his shoulders. I think the manager was lazy and not thinking clearly and I also tried to use the computers did not work, most 3 star hotels have internet access that is free. I was much more impressed with the Sheraton safari and would not blind bid again because I do not want to ever stay at this Holiday Inn again!”

“The principal inconvenience with this hotel was that when you select the price that you wish to pay at priceline.com, and the hotel accept, they dont tell you that when you arrive they are going to charge more, for hotel fee. So, you dont pay the amount that you offered, and it is too late to cancel your reservation, because that is the policy of priceline. It is very deceiving. On top of that, the staff is very unkind. In second place, the non-smoking room had a very strong smoking smell. On the other hand, the location is good. It is located in a street where you can find different places to eat (famous food chains).”
