“This hotel was such a dump it went out of business and sits vacant now. Hopefully, they will re-purpose this place and bring it back to it's original glory as it was when it first opened. It was a dump at the end of it's life as the RIU.”

“Staff was great, greeted as we returned to the hotel. The room was one of the nicest in the hotel. Front desk was awesome.”

“The building looks very good. The carpets and bathroon tiles and fittings show their age - not dirty, but well used. The beds were very comfortable. The TV looked ancient but it worked. For the price, this is a very good value - like a Days Inn or older Best Western. If you want plusher, you need a Holiday Inn Express or Hampton at twice the price - or a big hotel at three times the price.”

“I thought the hotel was very good for a one night stay or for people with a family who plan on being at the parks all day. It was clean and the staff was very nice. It is not a luxury hotel but we were happy.”

“I read many bad reviews of this hotel and was skeptical because many people are complainers...they were right. The outside and lobby give a false impression of the hotel-very nice. The rooms and hall smelled of disinfectant, the window in the room didn't open, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, the tv was small and had limited channels. The room appeared to be old and rundown seeming dirty. The we ran out of hot water and were told that we were the only room that didn't have it. They wouldn't give us a different room and told us we had to just deal with it and they would give us breakfast for free?. That was the room. The pool seemed ok, but the gift shop and bar/lounged didn't open until 5:30pm-we couldn't even purchase a bottle of water or aspirin-very inconvienient. We ended up leaving after the 1rst night of our stay. Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.”
