• Nothing.
• Everything.

“I would say this is a 1 star economy hotel. I had to switch rooms. The first room smelled bad the second rooms had mold and mildew in the shower we didn't want to change room for a second time, we just dealt with it. The elevators where very dated. The pool area was not impressive, the carpet in the halls was older,.”

• Proximity to shopping and restaurants.
• The hotel is older.

“Older rooms with very noticeable mildew in the bathroom. The decorations in the room were outdated. The bed was very comfortable and very close to the local attractions.”

• Very close to Disney and shopping.
• For the location, hotel needs to be updated, rooms, hallways etc.

“Hotel is situated in very good area close to all. Staff was friendly and helpful, nice size rooms and good parking, great for kids nice pool and slide and only a 5 minutes drive to downtown Disney. Overall I had a very nice stay.”

• Wasn't very clean.

“It wasn't a place I would stay at again. I was disappointed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the facility. The fitness center was a joke and also a little scary in the morning.”

• Convenient and not expensive.
• The room was situated on the street, so very noisy during the night.

“Good situation as we asked to go to Disney area, very clean, very nice swimming pool, easy to find, very important for us because it was our first time in Orlando (we are French tourists). The room was on the street, so noisy.”

• Loved the pool area and water slide.
• I found sunflower seeds in my bed that no one in my party had eaten.

“Loved the hotel for the price and the location. Kids loved the pool area especially the waterslide and kiddy pool.”

• Excellent for the price.
• No free internet. AC was very noisy. Can hear hallway n room noise. Breakfast buffet was not included.

“This is a themed Sheraton that is just ok. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The pool looked good, but just one water slide doesn't qualify as a water park and the rooms can use a re-decor. For the price, an excellent value, no complaints at all.”

• The pool side offered every thing. If I forgot something I could buy it at pool side.
• I did not like lighting of room. I was looking for a more safari atmosphere of room.

“The hotel lobby area is beautiful. The staff was very friendly. If you have children the pool area is perfect. I would stay there again.”

• Honestly the only thing I liked was the price.
• Smoke smell in room, hotel needs refurbished inside-out & carpet torn.

“Hotel was disappointing for a Sheraton. I'm a frequent traveler and part of their Starwood/preferred guest program and it's probably the least attractive Sheraton I've ever stayed in. It's run down and outdated, carpet was torn and room smelled of smoke and was dingy and depressing.”

• Breakfast buffet, though expensive, outstanding selection.
• This hotel badly needs upgrading - Very sad.

“The Safari used to be a favorite of our family. However, this last visit showed the age of the hotel. The rooms need to be refurbished. We had ants and the room was moldy smelling, we were moved to a room, where there were not ants, but was threadbare and also needed updating. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, but pricy! Morning staff in the restaurant was awesome. Room service in the evening was horrible. Order not right, charged for things that were not ordered and yet popped up on the tray. When I called to get it straight, they credited me $5.00 for $10 in items that I did not order and also cold coffee. All in all, the staff was hospitable, including the managers, were great. But the hotel should be downgraded to a 2.5 star until they refurbish, until they are downgraded or pulled off the 3 star choices.”

• Pillows were very comfortable.
• Pool was too cold and slide ended in deep water.

“This hotel had lovely rooms with very firm mattresses and great pillows. The front desk allowed us to check in early and stay later after check out time. The pool area is lovely, but we found the pool water a little cold. Overall we were quite satisfied. There is no complimentary breakfast or horsdoeuvres.”

• Location to destination, and staff, bedding was comfortable.
• The pool was not as attractive as portrayed.

“This hotel wasn't bad, but def was not a 3 star hotel in my opinion. I would rather chose a 4 star hotel. If I was traveling with children it would have been ok. I was looking more for a romantic night at a nice hotel. It was average.”

• The pool with the 80 ft python slide keep the kids entertained for hours.
• The elevator had no AC, so it smelled musty.

“The hotel was a lot of fun for the kids with the 80 ft python slide. The hotel had plenty of restaurants close by and most every thing was convenient.”

• They have an awesome waterslide.
• Elevator and public spaces run down. furniture in room looks worn, looks like they gave us a priceline room.

• Room wasn't quite what I expected.

“The lobby was very nice. The rooms were a little dated. You could tell they were trying to make updates but, there were a few problems with our room. 1. The air conditioner didn't properly cool the room and in Florida, that is a problem 2. The clock didn't work.”

“I would recommend to all very clean and quite. This is a family travel spot I was a little apprehensive to go as a buisness travler but they handle both very well. Will recomend to all. This was my 2nd stay there.”
