“Stay started out pleasant and well managed. Then, housekeeping didn't make it to our room (we left early and put the sign out) until after 4:00 p.m. One day they didn't make it at all. We just asked for towel service.”

“The hotel was very well located both to the Highway and to all Disney attractions. It also had fabulous views in all directions. The beds were very comfortable and everything was in working order. The tub was old however, so it was obvious they had remodeled significantly.”

“The staff is knowledgeable, the hotel is in a prime location, the rooms are large and include a private balcony! The shuttle services they offer to downtown Disney are very helpful as well.”

“When I checked in the desk clerk was polite and professional but not friendly. My room had no heat and they could not fix it so they have me blankets. The safe in my room did not work and they never fixed it. Room Service got my order wrong twice. Wireless internet in the room was very poor. The hotel charged an $8 resort fee and $10 parking fee. They gave me a coupon for a welcome package that was really an attempt to sell me a time share. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“This hotel was very close to Downtown Disney but it was not very luxurious, the restaurant smelt moldy as we walked through it to get to the pool. The hotel adds an additional fee for towels at the pool, which there were no clean towels at the pool as promised, use of the television, which the remote control had dead batteries, and other accommodations such as shampoo, hair dryer, and coffee machine. In other words I was not very impressed by the overall experience.”

“So far the one of the best four star hotels. Bed was comfortable. I had a good sleep, but waited too long for shuttle to Downtown Disney Internet was down at about midnight.”

“This hotel was dirty and reeked of smoke. As one who prefers to stay onsite at Disney, I thought I would try this hotel since it is considered a downtown Disney hotel. I will never stay there again. I will pay about the same price for a Disney Value resort because even the Disney value resorts are nicer than this one.”

“There were shoes from the previous renters, you have to pay $6.95 a night extra, and you have to pay extra if you want a fridge and microwave.”

“It was worth the price. The rooms was nice and the bed was comfy. The bus to the parks is a nice perk, but you have to time your trips right.”

“Great location. Was the first night of our vacation and it allowed us to get off to a great start! I would love to stay in this hotel again.”

“It was a great hotel, and considering the price, it was a excellent hotel. My only negative comment would be the resort fee of $6.95/day. However, to the best of my knowledge, the other hotels in the area charge at least $10/day. I consider resort fees a real down, but hey, you're near Disney World. Just bring money and somebody will help you out (of it).”

“Very nice hotel, pretty, staff friendly. We stayed there to use the bus service to Disney. I ended up at the wrong hotel one night, and another we came down at 9:30 but the bus left already. The buses are supposed to run every half hour. So if you miss one, you are stuck, with a small child in tow, I drove instead of using the bus service. The hotel was nice, but I ordered room service our last day and the never delivered the food. I would say this hotel was just okay, it did not suit us for our needs for Disney.”

“The location was extremely convenient to Orlando attractions, especially Disney World. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was clean. The pool seemed a bit deep for a young-family friendly hotel. The only complaint we had was a troublesome shower that fluctuated between hot and extremely cold without any obvious reason.”

“This hotel has gone through a few updates. It still has the charm of the classic 70's theme park hotel. I would recommend it to all of my friends and family.”

“Stayed with my husband, our 3 young daughters and my parents. Beds were comfortable and rooms were nice. The hotel was kid and adult friendly and it was close to downtown Disney which made for easy dining and shopping in the evenings after the parks closed. The kids had a blast in the heated pool at night and the balcony view was great. I also liked how there was bus transportation to the parks and downtown Disney, even though we rented a car.”

“The front desk manager and the concierge were wonderful very upbeat, and very helpful! Our room had a great view; beds were comfortable, the bathroom though needs to be updated, seemed much worn. The bus service to the parks was excellent! The pool was clean and the area was nice. The bartenders at the pool bar were not friendly at all almost grumpy. The food was mediocre too, but our stay in general was very good.”

“The hotel was great with excellent views of theme park fireworks shows. Park transportation to park was easy. Return transportation after park closed was crazy. Instructions for transportation were not complete. I would stay at this hotel again, I would think twice about using their transportation services!”
