• Location was really close to Disney, was secluded from tourist and had gate check in. Very safe!
• I liked the entire hotel, but they are going through remodel soon and I could tell the breakfast dining room was still stuck in the early 90's!

“This staff was very friendly. They had beautiful Asian art everywhere and tons of outdoors activities. You could really spend the day at the hotel and not have to worry about going to the big parks! I've stayed at various resorts and this one ranked right up there!”

• I loved the view of my room. You definitely feel like you are on vacation. It was a pleasure staying at the Hyatt Resort.
• The flower pattern of the bed spread. It felt a little like my grand mothers house, but the inside and outside view of the hotel made it all worth it.

“My husband and I were very pleased with the hotel. I loved the palm trees inside the hotel. My kids enjoyed the heck out of the pool. We all can't wait to return to this same place.”

• Great location. Kids enjoyed pool & waterslide.
• Sat by the pool all day and waitress approached us.

“Nice hotel. Needs some updating. Kids loved the pools, waterslide and parrot! We sat by the pool all day and the waitress never asked us if we wanted to order drinks or food. Asked people around us? Service. Not the nest. Overall nice hotel, nice pool, for the price we prefer the Omni in Orlando :).”

• Rooms need updating but was clean and beds extremely comfortable.
• Rooms are very outdated in decor.

“Though the rooms severely need updating, the grounds were gorgeous with beautiful gardens. The pool was incredible with caves, waterfalls, slides, and a swim up Tiki bar. There was self parking with no charge for parking unlike some places. There was a $15/day resort fee but that included so many amenities and activities - drive-in movie nights on weekends, smores at the beachside fire pit, kayaks and paddleboats at the lake, and lots more. I loved this place and would definitely return.”

• There were many more amenities than we were expecting and it was fun.
• The bike trail, if you can call it that, was not well marked.

“I would definitely come here again. My 8 year old daughter didn't want to leave. My husband and I were very comfortable and had plenty to do.”

• Food expensive, charged for internet and Wi-Fi access.

“I was very impressed with the atmosphere that served both family and business travelers. The room was spacious & clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved the exotic pool area with slides and caves.”

• This hotel was very clean and well kept.
• The meals were way over priced. Bicycles were worn out and during the Thursday fire pit they ran out of smores.

“Over all this was a nice hotel, it was well kept and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The on site accommodations were nothing to brag about. The bicycles were old, rusty and worn. I went to take my family to the fire pit on Thursday night for the smores cook out, but they did not have any. The restaurants were all over priced. On the other side the pool made up for some of the hotel's down falls.”

“It was a trip with 11 and 12 years old boys, they really enjoyed the activities this hotel offers (pools, lake, golf, rock-climbing). I think their pools are the best or second best (hotel has nice pools too) in central Florida. Hotel staff are all well trained professionals.”

“Excellent hotel for families with a lot of activities geared towards spending quality time together. The staff was very friendly. The room and common areas were clean. Everything you would expect from a Hyatt and it even exceeded our expectations. We definitely look forward to going there again.”

• Beautiful hotel.
• Very expensive food.

“Great hotel. The only downside is that the food and drinks are very expensive. The alcoholic drinks were priced in the range of a five star resort and I would not call the Hyatt a five star. I loved the stay but I wouldn't want to pay the food and drink prices again.”

• The pool was absolutely beautiful.

“The hotel and hotel grounds are beautiful. We had a great time enjoying a few of the many activities offered (golf and boating, to name just two). Our room was very comfortable but I was somewhat surprised that the bathroom looked rather dated and ordinary. The staff was very gracious and offered assistance as needed.”

• Front desk staff was exceedingly rude.

“Everything was great, until I received my bill the next morning. I noticed I had a $15.00 resort fee on my bill. I went to the front desk to inquire about it. When I walked up to the desk, the girl working there didn't even raise her head from typing and said, "Can I help you." I waited for her to complete her work and make eye contact. She finally raised her head and said, "I said, Can I help you?" I said, "I was waiting for you to complete your work so you could help me." I then asked her about the charge and told her I was not told about this fee, nor did I sign or initial anything upon check in. She grabbed the paper out of my hand and said rather rudely, "We will take it off this time, but you should have known about this. We can never take it off again if you stay at this hotel." At that point, I was not happy and I simply said, "No problem, I won't stay here again. Lots of other choices available". She did remove the charge. Everything else about the hotel met or exceed expectations.”

• We loved all the activities; swim, bike, hike, boat etc.
• Room decor was a bit outdated. Pricey food & drinks!
