• They were very willing to relocate our room to a room closer to the elevators.
• In-room coffee was noxious, and they added a resort fee.

“This was a beautiful, well kept hotel. The staff we dealt with as attentive and helpful. They sort of went crazy with the number of duvets, blankets, and other coverings on the bed. The rooms were very dark, probably because of the hotel's attempt at being green; the coffee in the room was like poison, however, tasting like cleaning fluid. My friend became ill after drinking it. As I mentioned earlier, the hotel adds on a surprise resort fee in addition to tax to the cost. Handicapped parking was close and very accessible. A good experience, other than the coffee; we would have liked to stay additional nights.”

• They charge for everything, 99% of the hotels in Orlando, they do not charge parking.

“They charge for everything, this is not a resort, poor quality. Never come back.”

• Clean. Nice pool area.
• Charged for parking, pool towels, coffee in room, and complimentary shuttle.

“They charge extra for everything and make it mandatory that you pay even if you are not going to use the service. They book you into the smallest room possible and try to get you to pay extra to be upgraded to a reasonable sized room. No refrigerator or internet access in rooms unless you pay $75 charge. Not a family friendly hotel.”

• Convenient location.
• Parking fee and there was
  no thermostat.

“The hotel was OK, nice sized room and a
friendly staff. With no way to set the temperature in the room it was impossible to get a consistent temperature. I was as not happy with the extra charge for parking, and I need to verify that I was not charged twice for resort fees and parking.”

“We were given a handicapped room, which we did not request. The bathroom was horrible, no counter, only a hand held shower. We were put in a side wing of the hotel that was noisy, the bed was hard and the air did not work correctly, we had the air on high for our entire stay and it never cooled the room. We ended up checking out at 6 am and driving home. We were charged for parking and then double charged for valet parking which we did not use. That charge was removed from the bill.”

• Indifferent staff and management, unsafe.

“Room was robbed and ransacked 3 hours after check-in. A report was filed with the Orange County Sheriff's Office. I had checked in, went down to the front desk to ask where a good restaurant was, and when I returned, I found my room in shambles, the company laptop gone, my clothes gone (even my underwear!), and my medications. I left the room locked. It was locked when I returned.? I later found a news report about a woman and her kids being robbed at the hotel shortly before I stayed.”

• The location! Very convenient to the Disney Parks as well as restaurants.
• No free internet or parking.

“We purchased 3 rooms, two were connected, one was right next door. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were nicely furnished. The bus to the Disney parks ran promptly and the pool was very enjoyable. Overall a great value. I would definitely stay here again.”

• Hotel was in great physical condition, and the staff was extremely attentive and helpful.
• No issues.

“With its location next to Downtown Disney, this hotel is full of vacationing families during the summer. The staff was in great spirits and went out of their way to be helpful and considerate. The rooms are very nice with the sleeper sofa helping larger families or siblings who don't want to share a bed. Overall, an excellent hotel with an excellent staff.”

• The staff was incredible. Went out of the way to accommodate.
• Smoking was permitted near pool at bar, including cigar smoke.

“We stayed at for Disney trip. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the location had grocery store, fast food near by. I would love to stay here again.”

• Nice location.
• The room had a huge wet coffee spill by the dresser, I had to call for our room to be cleaned at 6 PM on our 2nd night, no clean towels, rooms weren't.

“Wonderful location. Room availability due to full capacity was late getting into and room cleaning and fresh towels was not automatic, we had to call for service. It was a nice place though!”

• The outside was beautiful, the room had a porch, the beds were very comfortable.
• The TV didnt work in our room.

“Overall the stay was average. If we where staying more than one day we might of asked for a different room because the TV didnt work and we were next to an enterence, so all night you heard the door slamming. The outside was beautiful and the room had a proch which was a nice touch.”

• Nice large lobby and pool.
• Room was older.

“I expected more out of a Resort hotel. Sheets were a little dirty, and there was mold on the shower curtain. We had a special request for our daughter to check-in early, but she was unable to, since she was under 21, and we could not be reached (in flight). The breakfast buffet sounded good, but was just a glorified hotel breakfast for a high price.”

• The plumbing in the rooms was not good.

“This hotel was so nice. The room was spacious and comfortable. My partner loved and won't stay any where else from now on. The staff responded immediately to each request. What more could you ask for? We felt like royalty the entire trip.”
