• It was quite convenient to where we needed to be.

“We weren't looking to stay at the Ritz, we needed a clean, quiet and convenient place to simply rest our heads for the night. This motel certainly provided that. Staff was more than friendly, housekeeping staff did their jobs well. Will certainly look into staying there again if we find ourselves in the area needing accommodations again.”

• The mini fridge was nice.
• The room smelled very musky, the pillows were hard, AC didnit emit cold very well.

“It was fine because we were staying there one night. The beds were okay, bring your own pillow. I was in the bed next to the AC and it doesn't blow out air well at all. There was no coffee pot for the coffee maker so I just went without. We walked into the breakfast bar (which you have to pay for), then walked right out because it looked disgusting. Thank god there is a Dunkin Doughnuts across the street!”

• Perfect for people with a small budget.
• Behind the bed had a lot of dust. It hadn't been cleaned on a while, wallpaper peeling throughout.

“Good motel for the money but very dusty and had peeling wallpaper. Otherwise it was okay and had a clean smell.”

• It was so much more than I expected. It was clean and the service was great.
• There is nothing that I didn't like. It was a great experience staying here.

“The service was outstanding, the people were very nice, the room was great. The pool was much big and very clean. The breakfeast was great, it had everything you could imagine and also the people that worked there were very courtious.”

• The pool, the BBQ Pit and the location relative to Disney attractions.
• The rooms were filthy, the walkways were falling apart and dangerous, no internet service available at all.

“This hotel was a big disappointment. You have to bring your own access to use it. There is no Wi-Fi service anywhere in the buildings. Their is no fishing pond on the property. Each of the buildings was 3 stories tall and all the walkways were old and broken down with holes someone could have fallen through. This was a dangerous situation. The 3 really good points of the hotel were the maid service which did a great job and were very accommodating with extra towels, soaps; they even hung up and folded our clothes that were strewn around the room (typical of the teenagers that were there with us); the pool was well maintained with a Tiki Bar and a huge amount of available towels and the BBQ Pit gave it a real backyard feeling.

• The staff at the hotel store was friendly.
• The hotel had bugs, the beds were short-sheeted, the toilet clogged for no apparent reason, the lights didn't work properly.

• The location is great - Old Town amusements nearby.
• Needs a facelift, cracked concrete, need paint?

• It was good and can be better.
• The check out time by 11:00 AM.

• It was clean, close to a lot of things to do and the staff was very nice.
• The traffic on the back side was a little loud. Not the motel's flat.

• It was perfect for what we were looking for - cleanliness, location, and comfort.
• There was not anything that we did not like.

“We came prepared with extra bedding to make the hotel bed more comfortable. A pleasant surprise was the microwave and refrigerator. Very enjoyable stay. Will go back.”

• In town next to shops.
• Nothing really!

“This hotel needs some major upgrades. Rooms have mold in them. The phone in the room did not work. I had to call the front desk six times and still not fixed. Very old hotel. Pool not pretty. Very old motel!”

• The pool was the nicest thing about it. It was really big.
• The beds were harder than a rock and the balcony was about to separate from the balcony.

“It was ok. It was really loud because it is by a fair place and you can stick your hand under the door crack and the light came in. I will not be coming back. It was cheap but I would rather spend more and stay some where better.”

• Great location! Nice pool!
• Toilet clogged all the time. Pool bar only open 2 nights.

“Staff were friendly. Toilet didn't work, had to call everday about that. However, had fast response from the staff. A/C worked great! Pool bar only open for few hours, two nights a week.”

• The mattresses were pretty comfortable.
• Bathroom was cramped and slightly odorous.

“Pretty straight forward hotel experience. Not big on bells and whistles, but mattresses are comfy, bedding and towels are clean, and air conditioning is cool. Staff was friendly, and location was good as far as getting around from Centrac Florida, right off of I4, and it was right next to the convention I was attending.”

• Deceived me on price and dirty room.

“I woke up during the night to the smell of cat urine. I will never stay there again and I would suggest you not if you want a clean room. It is close to Disney but for what I paid I could have found a much nicer and cleaner room.”
