• Large pool and nice spa.
• Dark, smelly, old, rusty, and unfriendly.

“Old, moldy, soaked beds and carpet, roaches, and rusty toilets. My car was messed with and some men tried to get in my door, when I called security, they never came. I waited 2 hours for help. Spend the extra $15 a night and go to the new Holiday Inn across the street, and then just use Seralagos free shuttle service. Go to their lobby for the schedule.”

“I was initially worried that I had made a wrong choice when I read some of the reviews online, but after my family and I stayed there I only have good things to say about the Seralago. The staff was all friendly and helpful and treated all of us as VIP's, regardless if it were the breakfast staff or the receptionists or cleaning staff. The room was smallish, but was cleaned every day, fresh clean towels every day and overall the entire place was spotless. We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to the states, and when we return next year we will definitely be staying at the Seralago. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a very good one, well done!”

• Immaculate grounds, clean rooms and great bar.
• Always was out of newspapers.

“Could not have been more enjoyable. The staff was attentive to any & all our needs, competent & professional. The landscaped & floral covered grounds were immaculate. The pool was clean & in excellent shape. The rooms were spotless, furnishings in excellent condition including the king mattress which I'm guessing was relatively new. The inside bar & poolside Tiki Bar were great! The various shops (gift & quick-mart) within the hotel were most convenient. I have spent many nights traveling, staying at everything and this was nice.”

• Close to attractions, central to restaurants/shops, budget pricing.
• Older rooms, hard to read room numbers, no elevators.

“On the positive, the room is convenient to attractions and restaurants in the Kissimmee area and Disney. A quick drive (15 minutes) to Universal, International Drive and even the Orlando Airport. The cleaning staff was attentive did a good job keeping the room in order and the bathrooms were clean. Staff was accommodating and the lobby/gift shop/breakfast area/bar/shoppette were nice. On the minus, the rooms are older and there was a slight musty smell. We had a "kids suite" which was just a double bed room with a faux log cabin fort built around the second bed which was replaced by a bunk and additional kids bed. It made the room seem smaller.”

• Loved the location as it was close to old town and other activities in Kissimmee.
• Cannot think of anything.

“I do not understand how some people could say this hotel was dirty as we found that it was good and clean. It did not have bugs or smell moldy. I have allergies and if it had any smells I would have not been able to stay there for the two nights.”

• Location, beds, linens were generous.
• Hard to locate room due to very small signs with room numbers on them.

“Excellent value and location. Clean modern rooms. Nice mattresses and plump not flat pillows. It was a little noisy when we first arrived about 11PM but it calmed down.”

• Very clean, staff very helpful & maid service took well care of my room & very family friendly hotel.
• Cant complain about anything I enjoyed my stay & didnt want to leave.

“Great service, friendly staff as well as helpful. Had a problem with the TV remote, had a tech come up just to reprogram it for me. I didn't get blown off & quick service at that. The restaurant & bar downstairs were great. My son enjoyed the arcade room. The pool was clean & refreshing. Was an amazing vacation for me & I would stay at this hotel again. A+.”

• Very close to all the attractions and very clean.
• Door did not shut properly and vanity area was too open to the rest of the room.

“The Seralago was very convenient to everything we wanted to do and see and was very affordable. Everything was very clean. The pool was nice as well. I think we got more than our moneys worth!”

• Pools were warm.
• Dingy room, mildew smell.

“The room was small and smelled of mildew. Beds were uncomfortable and small. Bathroom was cramped and dark. But staff was very friendly and the pools were heated and large enough to accommodate large numbers of guests. Location was close enough to parks and attractions that it was convenient, but there are other accommodations closer to specific parks, if that's important.”

“The lobby had tons of brochures to grab. The room only had a VHS player which was kind of lame. Our room was cleaned up every day we stayed there with fresh towels added as well. The beds were really uncomfortable. Overall, great experience.”

• Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly.
• We stayed at the hotel for our Disneyworld vacation and the hotels shuttle service was horrible.

“The Seralago hotel is very simple. It is good if you only really use it for sleeping in. This hotel advertises that they have a free shuttle to Disney World however it is awful. The hotel shared it's shuttle with 3 other hotels and by the time it reached the Seralago there were no seats and often no standing room. They only offer 3 morning time departures to Disney World and 3 night time returns. Nothing else. Very inconvenient. Especially since most people staying at the hotel are there to visit Disney World. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly.”

“The hotel was good for the price we paid. We didn't spend a lot of time there as we were at Disney most of the day. It had a nice pool. We just wished there would have been a free/cheaper breakfast. We were completely satisfied with our stay!”

• Running down, lamp melted, doors warped etc.

“Hotel was confused, Manager quickly fixed problems and gave us a non-smoking room due to daughter's allergies. Placed by a bunch of partying road workers (they were there to stay a while, chairs outside and they hung outside a lot), was moved the next day to a very quiet area.”

• Loved the overall atmosphere and closeness of attractions.
• The room was drabby in comparison to lobby, pools, etc.

“This hotel was wonderful for the kids and myself. It was close to all the attractions and could walk to Old Town. The room was a had a worn look to it where everything on outside was given an update but not the room. However if you are just using it to sleep for a few hours it is a plus. We will be going back if the price is right!!”

• The location was close to the area attractions.
• Musty smell, very old and poor bedding.

“The hotel was affordable and in a convenient location. However, the hotel needs to be renovated. There was a terrible smell in the room from the mold, the mirrors and decorations were corroded, and the beds were quite uncomfortable. Housekeeping was good, but could only do so much with the hotel in its current state. Free shuttle service to WDW is nice, but the times are limited and not very convenient. The shuttle was also late departing from the park and left us stranded in the rain in the parking lot. I would suggest looking at other hotels in the area before choosing this one.”

• The hotel manager was very courteous after calling the day after to complain.
• Roaches!

“This hotel was not a 3 star hotel. We went to the main hotel and were given a room at the back in a small motel type of room. We had several roaches and informed the staff who did nothing, did not apologize and did not even acknowledge that we had made a complaint. I had to call the manager directly once we got home to make my complaint known and was then given a complementary room for the next time we visit, but I am not sure that we would go to that hotel again.”
