• Served its purpose. Affordable, safe area.
• The breakfast was a joke. Coffee cups were way too small.

“The breakfast was nothing special. If you are going to have coffee at least have large enough cups for the guests with real creamer, milk. The room and area were very clean. For the price was a good value.”

• Very good location, clean and comfortable. Better than I expected for the price!
• Rooms were clean but had obvious signs of age, including poor repairs in walls and ceilings.

“Clean and comfortable for the price. I would stay here again. Very close to all Disney attractions and local restaurants. Had a very pleasant stay!”

• Attitude of the cleaning lady and her work were excellent.

“The motel was basically okay. The desk staff was not very friendly or welcoming. The continental breakfast was just a honey-bun or pack of small donuts and coffee or juice. Overall, just 'acceptable', 'affordable' but not endearing. I think they can overcome the mediocre nature of things with friendly, outgoing staff who express some care and concern for patrons.”

• Sreveved my purpose for a convenient place to stay while visiting Disney World for a day.
• Never offered the coupons offered for free meals for children at Shoney's.

“The bathroom drain was very slow to drain and the shower ran hot and cold while I was in it. The carpet was not too clean. It was an old hotel.”

• It was quiet, local to eat out and the highways were only 5 mile away.

• Staff was friendly houskeeping came quickly when asked.
• Flat sheets only on the beds and a strange unidentifiable wet spot on the floor near the sink.

“Motel served its purpose. Good place if you are just going to pass out after a day at the parks. Not entirely pleased about the cleanliness of the motel and it's general upkeep but the houskeeping staff was helpful.”

“Inexpensive, good location to Disney less than 5 minutes to every park! Staff was rude and not helpful. Rooms were very average and old but for economy traveler a good deal. If you stay here it is adequate for a place to sleep and is safe.”

“THE STAFF WAS RUDE, THE ROOMS WERE FILTHY, THE POOL AND POOL AREA WAS NOT KEPT, THIS WAS AN OVERALL LESS THAN DESIREABLE EXPERIENCE. DEFENETLY WOULD NOT RECOMEND.”

  rude and not helpful.

“This hotel was clean and quiet, I was pleased until I went down to check out. The day time clerk was very rude - she did not answer any of my questions and kept giving me a look like she could not wait until I left. To me, service is actually more important than the room - she gave such awful service that I would not stay there again.”

• Within walking distance to food, car rental in lobby.
• Unsanitary rooms, bugs, uncomfortable beds.

“The carpet in the room was so dirty your bare feet were black from walking across it - the room was infested with ants - the beds were uncomfortable and in such bad condition. Key cards kept becoming non-functional. Do not stay here. It¿s unsanitary and uncomfortable.”

• They allowed us to change rooms quickly and graciously.
• The original room assigned to us had no exterior lighting whatsoever, causing my wife to stumble and almost fall.

“In general, the hotel was clean and the staff efficient. However, we were originally assigned a room that was far from the lobby, smaller than the other units (we later learned), with a non-working safe, plumbing that was backwards (cold setting resulted in hot water and vice versa), a shower rod that was falling down, and a bathroom door that creaked so loudly we felt as though we were entering a haunted house. Worst of all, there were no lights in the parking lot, and no lighting around the stairs and exterior hallways. My wife stumbled and nearly fell in the parking lot because of this. To their credit, the hotel quickly gave us another room when we complained -- a room that turned out to be roughly 25 percent larger, with normal accommodations (except for another non-working safe). ”

• The location was not convienent and the noise level of other occupants was extremely distracting, and also the area in general was not a good location

“The hotel was clean and neat and is a nice establishment, I just did not like the location and people up and about all night long with crying babies, riding skate boards up and down the sidewalk outside of the room and talking loudly with car doors slamming. Over all area and noise level brought this establishment down many, many levels.”

• The hotel staff stuck on a suprise $2.50 "service" charge that I was not informed about earlier.

“It's fine as far as budget hotels go, but I would NOT recommend it because of the $2.50 "surprise" charge that was added to the bill. $2.50 is nothing, but who wants to pay more for an invisible "service" - ”
