• Clean and friendly hotel in a great location.
• My room was across the elevator! Big mistake.

“I usually stay at this hotel while in Orlando and I'm usually VERY happy. This time they placed me right across the elevators. I was unable to sleep all night long due to the constant people screaming and yelling and the ice machine going 24/7. The front desk could have, and should have warned me about this location!!”

• Friendliness of staff, excellent breakfast menu, cleanliness of room, excellent location.
• I thought it was great with no complaints.

“When we arrived, as it was earlier than expected, our room was not ready. The staff at the front desk went our of their way to ensure that we got our room as quickly as possible. We were all very excited about the breakfast buffet as it was abundant with a good variety. The location was very suitable for us to get to Disney world (10 minutes down the road)and in a great area with number of restaurants, shopping facilities and access to whatever you need. I would highly recommend this hotel for the price we paid.”

• Nice pool.
• 24 hour pool was noisy with children till 3 am. No adults just children.

• Great location, nice rooms, 24 hour pool & Jacuzzi, friendly service.
• Breakfast not as great as at other Comfort suits but geared toward families, long wait for elevators.

“Over all a perfect place for families with children, close to Disney and short walk to Old Kissimmee shops and recreation. I would stay there again with my kids.”

• Pool is open 2 hours and free scheduled transportation to the parks.
• Nothing negative I could say.

“My husband and my two kids decided to go to Florida for Disney World and happened to stay at Comfort Suites Main gate East. The staff was really friendly and they have a huge display in the lobby dedicated to awards and I could tell why. My kids are very picky eaters usually, but at the free continental breakfast, they ate everything on their plate! They had everything you could want for breakfast. They even had Mickey waffles! I was amazed by them having a place to purchase the tickets inside the lobby and free transportation there, which saved us at least 10 dollars and an hour wait in line. Their huge pool was even open 24 hours which was outstanding because most pools are not. We relaxed for a good couple of hours there before heading back to the room. My kids enjoyed their game room and I enjoyed their workout room as well. I am so happy that we stayed at this hotel and we are looking forward to it every year for future family vacations.”

• Very comfortable mattresses and lots of pillows; suite style.
• The location seems less than ideal.

“Very comfortable mattresses and lots of pillows! It was very clean and daily maid service was great. Good breakfast with variety daily. Pool was warm and good sized and hot tub was hot. The location seems a bit seedy and Hwy 192 gets very loud and crowded on Fri and Sat nights. When we checked in, the trash cans were overflowing and created a negative first impression.”

• Great Family Atmosphere- VERY convenient to attractions

“Not only that but the hotel was wonderful. The kids spent hours in the game room while my husband and I relaxed by the pool. He loved the fact that there was a golf course less than a mile away! The hotel itself was in a great location- just a few miles from Disney. After all- that's where the magic really is!”

• Liked the breakfast and also laundry facilities. Nice Large rooms. Convenient microwave and fridge - a must with kids.
• There was absolutely nothing that I can say bad about this place!

“Great place to stay, friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Breakfasts are very good and filling. Very convenient shuttle service to Walt Disney World Parks. Nice pool and pool bar. Rooms are large and it is very convenient to have a microwave and fridge. Laundry facilities on every floor, that was nice. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone I know that will be traveling to Kissimmee. Keep up the great work!”
