• The breakfast was great, staff was helpful.
• Our shower was broken, tub was clogged.

“Overall we have stayed here before, and I note that the quality of the building is slowly declining. We were moved to a better room as there is no maintenance on weekends, Still a good value.”

• The bed was very comfortable.
• The breakfast.

“The hotel met my expectations. It was clean. The location was great for us. The breakfast was disappointing. I am diabetic and both cereals they offered were sweetened. Lots of carbs. (bagels, bread) sweet rolls. They even ran out of butter! Of course no sugar free syrup or jelly.”

• Room had previous occupants cord, only 2 towels given.

• Good location, nice pool though bigger would have been better.
• Room was stuffy and shower had no soap holder.

“It was ok. Everything was clean but the room had a stuffy, stale smell so I kept the fan going all the time. The shower was not sparkling clean and it didn't have a place for soap, shampoo etc. It was a handicap access room so it had a walk-in shower. The room was also dull, not bright and cheerful or peaceful.”

• Convenient location.
• Scratchy bed sheets and hairs on the bathroom floor & tub.

“This hotel was basically what I expected. I really do not like seeing anyone else's hair in the bathroom, but other than that I have no complaints.”

• It was very nice, clean convenient and close to our destination.
• There wasn't anything I didn't like about it.

“We picked La Quinta because it was close to Blossom Music Center where we attended a concert. The hotel was close to the music center and easy to get to. The hotel was very clean and the employees were friendly. We enjoyed our stay.”

• Convenient, clean, good staff.
• Air in 2nd room not working.

“As usual La Quinta did a good job, 2nd room air didn't work but other then that it was a good place to stay after a concert. Breakfast the next morning was very good and check in and out was easy.”

• Staff members were friendly and attentive. The hotel had everything. The rooms were clean.
• The breakfast selection could have been better and maybe room service available.

“I have already recommended this hotel to others. My husband and I were there as a weekend away from the children. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The pool and Jacuzzi were a plus and the hotels location was good, close to a lot of places. We got hungry at 2 a.m. and were able to go to Denny's right next door. We were pleased. The hotel as a whole was very clean.”

• Good location. Large rooms.
• They should update bedding, fruit selection in am was spoiled apples.

“If you need a place to stay close to food, highways it is good. The pool is inside so weather isn't an issue and it was clean.”

• Clean room and friendly staff. I felt very welcomed.
• No problems with the hotel. Very happy and will stay again.

“This hotel was very clean and staff was friendly and gave good directions to places to eat. I was traveling with my little dog and he was very welcomed too. Just because people have dogs, does not mean their home or hotel rooms should smell like a wet dog. This hotel had no foul smells. Staff asked that I not leave my dog for long periods of time and I agreed. Dogs do bark and I don't want to hear other people's dogs and they should not have to hear mine. Breakfast was nice and plenty of places to sit at.”

• The staff was very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was great!
• The pool door access was broken, so I had to have swimmers let me in or go ask at the front desk.

• Helpful staff.
• Getting locked out of our room due to dead batteries in the key operating system. No replacement batteries available.

“The staff was helpful, although we had to wait almost 2 hours past our departure time for staff to "break into" our failed door.”

• The room was cleaner than I expected. No Nasty floors, baby crib or coffee maker.
• We wished that the breakfast hours could be extended until 9:30 a.m.

• The pool and hot tub!
• House keeping came too early first day, then they never returned.

“The pool area was great, the kids loved it. The room was clean. A little skimpy on sundries, only a shampoo and bar soap, so bring your own. Very hard water here so be sure to bring lotion! The one things that put me off was house keeping came awfully early the first day, I told them we'd be out in about 2 hours... and we were. When we later came back, they had never showed up. I didn't call them to come back at this point as it was my little ones nap time. So I get dealt with the piling up garbage.”

• Shower did not drain, Yogurt expired at breakfast.

“Not very impressed, staff was not helpful regarding questions with TV. As stated above, yogurt expired, shower did not drain properly at all. Hotel somehow only able to offer one extra pillow when our room needed an additional 2 more on top of the one we requested.”

• Nice quite get away, morning breakfast which come w/room great.
• There was nothing that I really didn't like about the room, it was a quite get away I was looking for.

“For someone who is looking for a get away it is perfect, because of it's remote location. It is not far from the Peninsula which gives you cute little specialty shops in an old town setting, and still close to a modern mall when needed.”

“The sheets come off the bed. I hate that!! You end up sleeping on just the bare mattress. Yuck!! Why can't all hotels use sheets that stay on the beds? Just because a hotel is inexpensive shouldn't mean you end up with no bedding.”

• Location was very convenient, with restaurants and to highway.
• Rooms could have been a little better cleaned.

“For the money, the hotel had a indoor pool and hot tub as well as a fairly good breakfast included. Rooms were not as clean as I have stayed in, but in all it was a decent hotel.”
