• Loved how the bar stayed open till 2 am.
• The water in the shower did not get hot enough.

“I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was a mini vacation, even if it lasted for one night. I highly recommend it to anyone.”

• Location nice "free" breakfast quiet.
• For a 2 bedroom it was a mini frig way too small.

“It was a nice place location was great clean one day we did not leave till early afternoon there fore we did not get main service that day in turns meant no clean towels.”

• close to parks, pool was nice and kept clean. Reception was nice and could get a cocktail to take up to room .
• Housekeeping needs to improve, quality of food needs to improve on breakfast, TV programming.

“My family 2 adults 4 children, there was plenty of room in the 2 bedroom suite. We stayed 3 nights, our sheets were not changed at all, they left only one package of dish soap and dish washing detergent for our stay, also one dishtowel and one dishcloth for our stay, we were unable to get bathmats, rugs didn't look like they were vacuumed. There was some popcorn on the bed and floor in the afternoon from my son having it the night before. There wasn't a tv in the 2nd bedroom. The breakfast is nothing to boast about, nothing like described The supposed to be scrambled eggs (they were chopped up) and sausage on Sunday morning were like rubber and were cold. They need to have an attendant or staff member to keep children out of the hot tub, or to remind people that they are in charge of their children and keep them out of it, my husband and I couldn't relax in it, due to children doing cannon balls into the hot tub We live 1 1/2 hrs south of this hotel, it almost would have been better to just drive home. Coupons they give you are a major joke. No savings for a family, restaurants expensive and coupons for old town are not worth the time or paper printed on. The staff at the front desk and Gilbert in housekeeping were friendly. The tv programming was awful, they have about 13 channels, no movie channels, have to pay to watch a movie. We were never told upon checkin what time the shuttle arrives, where to get it and what time it returns, I understand we had our own car, but that should be standard for every guest. Also we were not informed by front desk checkin about the reception= that you have to go to the bar yourself, no one serves you or comes around and asks you if they can get you something to drink.”
