• The cleanliness could be improved.

• The overnight receptionist went out of her way to find us directions and maps to a couple of destinations.
• Wish there was a restaurant that served dinner and a computer with internet access.

“The rooms of this hotel were comfortable and clean. The night receptionist was wonderful and friendly. The location was conveniently located one block from I95 and a number of restaurants. I only wish they had a computer room with internet access.”

• New.
• Located at end of road, far from center of town.

“New La Quinta, excellent service. Room clean. Hallway outside rooms was cold. Located next to interstate, but no noise from highway, which was good. Located in an area with many restaurants, so didn't have to drive to dinner. Very nice experience.”

• The staff was wonderful, they made everything simple.

• The staff was very friendly and was very accommodating. The room was nice and the king sized bed was excellent.
• No restaurant.

“My experience with La Quinta began even before I had left for the airport. I called the evening prior to check-in to find out if the room had certain amenities and if there was a possibility of getting a room with a single bed instead of two doubles. Right away I was treated courteously by a very friendly and helpful staff. This treatment continued on the day I checked in after a long flight from Arizona to Georgia. Again I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service as well as the ease of check-in. The exterior decor of the hotel was nice and inviting and the room was also very well laid out and decorated. The king sized bed was a welcome relief and I could have stayed in it all day. The furniture was both functional and tasteful and an added bonus. As a happy and returning customer I will definitely recommend La Quinta to others.”

• This is one of the better La Quinta hotels I have stayed at.
• Sink Drains need attention.

“Very pleasant front desk personal. Room was above our expectations based on other La Quinta Inns. Would stay there again if in the area.”

• Convenient, clean, inexpensive.
• Housekeeping was spotty, no refrigerator, limited channels on TV.

• Rooms were nice, bathroom very clean, good water pressure.
• Room was not restocked between Tue and Thurs (no coffee etc).

“The second floor (where I stayed) hallway had an obvious blood stain that seemed to indicate a severely bleeding person was dragged almost the whole length of the northern hallway. There was the indication that the person had bled out at one place and then dragged some more. It was really very disgusting. LaQuinta should replace the carpet in that hallway.”

• Customer service was excellent.
• I had to go upstairs to wash my clothes, but not that big of a deal.

“The staff was very friendly and patient with me when I had to change rooms only because I forgot I needed 2 beds instead of one. Then I locked my keys in my new room moving stuff from my first room. She was very understanding and never made me feel like I was being a pain in the butt. The rooms were very neat and clean. Would love to stay again.”

• New, attractive, with good restaurant (cracker barrel) next door. Accessible from the interstate.
• Mattress was soft (I prefer hard).

“Hotel was not up to the standards that I have experienced from this chain. The room was not cleaned properly. The room coffee pot didn't work. In the morning their so called breakfast was sparse. There wasn't even coffee available at 7:15. Most of the breakfast portion was already consumed and not replaced.”
