• The alligators were interesting.
• Hidden fees and unclear amenities.

“ The hotel atrium was impressive. The rooms were adequate but nowhere to place suitcase other than bed. Choice of dining not family friendly, too high priced. Went 6 miles for food. All fees should be included. Purchased for family traveling for funeral and the fees would should have been an option to add on. ”

• It had a really spectacular atrium complete with alligators.
• The restaurants weren't exactly kid friendly.

“Loved this resort. The pool was really nice although it was outdoors and it was too cold outside to use. The atrium was huge and was a great place for us to explore. We had a balcony overlooking the Gator Pond.”

• Beautiful room, friendly staff, and lovely facilities.

“This is a fantastic hotel. Clean, comfortable. It features in room computers that you can surf the web on (included in your resort fee). I appreciated the two bottles of water to take into the parks.”

• Staff was exceptional, free computers in the room.
• Noise during shows.

“What a great place! You never have to leave. Between restaurants and nightlife - you can just roam around and enjoy your stay. The food was wonderful and the property is absolutely beautiful. It's nice sharing a glass of wine on the balcony, relaxing and enjoying the ambiance.”

“Parking of $14.00 and resort fee of $17.00 per day was misleading. Love the hotel, but would have liked to know the real cost, not nickel and dimed to death.”

• Very well maintained - plenty to do - great food and people!
• Valet service - people were great - system way too slow.

“Wonderfully pleasing for all ages - the atrium is unlike any hotel I have ever visited. The employees are very nice, hardworking and take pride in the hotel which makes guests feel comfortable. I was there when they were at 99% capacity - a few issues but all with a smile!”

• Loved being able to walk around at night feeling completely safe. It was beautiful!
• I did not like the quality of the bed spreads.

• The facility was very well kept.
• The hotel staff was far from accomodating for leisure travelers.

“The facility was very well maintained and kept with the expectations of the area and its grandeur. The staff, however, were far from friendly and accommodating to us as leisure travelers, though I did get the inclination that, had we been business travelers, the service would have been different.”

• The atmosphere was incredible. Great restaurants. Clean and beautiful.
• There is nothing not to like about this hotel!

“The hotel was gorgeous. The staff was nice and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms throughout the hotel were very clean and well maintained. Once you check in you really don't want to leave the hotel. They have lots of thing to do in the hotel; arcades, adult pool, family pool with slides and waterfalls, mini golf, nice bars and restaurants.”

• The environment and decoration, are very nice.
• The cleanliness was not acceptable for such kind of hotel.

“Hotel location, environment, decoration and amenities are very nice. The cleanliness was not acceptable in our rooms. The parking very expensive and its not include in the rate the same thing with the resort fee.”

• Was not aware of the $17/day resort fee and the $12/day cost for self parking.

“The Hotel was beautiful, very clean, and relaxing. Met and exceeded expectations. The only down side is the meals are very expensive at the hotel (but there is lots of other dining in $17/day resort fee and $12/day self parking charge or $20/day valet charge. Adds up quickly when you are not expecting it. Other than that we loved this hotel and would definitely stay again!”

• Beautiful hotel, very relaxing.
• Added on a $ 15.00 resort fee (not a tax) did not tell about at check in.

“I would highly recommend this hotel, however, beware that valet parking is $ 35.00 and they add in a resort fee that you will not know about until you check out.”

• Beautiful inside the hotel. Lots of shops. Very nice.
• The bed could have been nicer. It looked old and worn out.

“Lots of amenities. Beautiful resort. They have everything you could possibly need at the hotel. I think the cost for parking was too much. It's $13.00 each time you leave.”

• It was awesome! The spa, dolphin and alligator feedings were great!
• It was huge. It is over 2.5 miles in circumference, took a long time to get places.

“It was truly amazing! I wish I had more time just to spend at the hotel! There was not much there that we could not get. Other than the lack of Mickey mouse, there was no need to leave! The only complaint was that the restaurants were pricey. I do not mind spending money on great food but most budgets do not allow for 5 star dining every night.”
