  • The location was good. The appearance of the hotel was nice. Friendly staff.
  • Furniture was burned
and messed up. Moldy smell in bathroom. Laundry facility out of order.

“I was on crutches. This place was not handicap friendly. I had to keep going down to the front desk because they would not listen to my 14 yr old son about our issues. The furniture was very worn out with cigarette burns on them. A moldy smell in the bathroom. Even though the staff was friendly, the front desk was a some what rude. We were even locked out of one of our 2 rooms and had to wait 30 min for the maintenance to let us in. Key cards were not working. The maid staff was very courteous and thorough. The did a wonderful job at cleaning up the rooms and restocking. They have a buffet restaurant $11.99 per person. One child per one adult purchase is free. They even have karaoke.”

  • Basically clean, indoor pool, and Pizza Hut on site!
  • Brazen belief that their resort fee is in anyway fair.

“Don't pay in advance. Watch for the bait & switch resort fee at check-in. $10 each day. Pool, hot-tub, room all fine, but not exceptional food. Staff was polite and responsive.”

  • Close to Disney and many restaurants nearby
  • Lobby smelled of chlorine - Non-smoking room smelled of smoke.

“There are 2 Ramadas directly across the street from each other which was confusing. The lobby smells strongly of chlorine from the indoor pool. I was hit with a $10 resort fee which I didn't expect.”

  • The ammenities area was convenient.
  • Only one staff person on check in desk on Friday night 7:30 P.M.

“Upon check in we had a blower in our room in front of the air conditioner because their was a leak on the floor. We had a double bed room they upgraded us to a family suite. Also they had discontinued the free continental breakfast.”

  • Great location, good value for money.
  • Room was a bit smelly.

“Good value for the price. It was good as we used the room to just have a nap after a hectic day at Universal Studios & Disney Epcot.”

  • Staff was slow with checking process and were not friendly.

“Hotel was clean. They provided transportation to Disney attractions, convenient location to restaurants.”

  • Clean room, nice pool (although it had too much chlorine).
  • The hotel wasn't a mile from Disney. It's like 7 miles from it. Still not bad.

“Excellent for the price. Definitely worth the price paid & my family & I will almost certainly stay here the next time we go to Disney.”

  • Price and the buffet for breakfast and dinner.
  • Needed more help in the restaurant as far as servers.

“Nice place to stay for your visit at the Disney parks close to locations and attractions.”

  • The staff was helpful and there were two pools so when we wanted to swim we could avoid the overcrowded pool and enjoy a quieter area.
  • So overcrowded, a big hotel with only two elevators, also the indoor pool area was chaos at best.

“It suited my purpose but next time will spend a little more money to be in a less crowded less chaotic environment.”

  • it was on a well known street
  • there were 2 other hotels with the same name on the same street

“I was very happy with my hotel, besides the fact that the surcharge and taxes were not explained on the website when I booked. If they were they were not in a well known place.”

  • The room was very beautiful and the beds were comfortable.
  • The front staff seemed unorganized and it was too loud at night.

“The room was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable, but it was too loud at night, with the karaoke and the swimmers. It would not be a good hotel for business travelers. And the hotel charges an extra $10 for no reason, so beware of the cost, because there ARE hidden charges unknown to the customer.”

  • Fun atmosphere, neat inside pool and bar area.
  • Room felt damp and humid. Smelled of chlorine

“Decent hotel for the price. They offer a breakfast buffet that was ok. If you eat alot, it may be worth it but if your a bird eater.......it isn't worth the money. Good location.....close to Disney.”

  • Price before resort fee.
  • No net in first room, no window in second. Too much chlorine in pool and breakfast was poor.

“Intended to do a little work while here. First room had no net reception. Second room had no windows, and the net worked really slow. A little boy was crying at the desk when we checked in. The chlorine was too strong for his eyes. I was too strong for mine to, but I didn't cry. The resort fee pushed the price up to equal other hotels I'd stayed in near the same location (much better hotels). The breakfast service was three people serving 200. The buffet wasn't bad for the price (it was free).”

  • Not clean, moldy smelling, long lines and
    slow elevators.

“This hotel is not what a typical Ramada would seem to be. It was more like a cut rate resort and seemed to appeal to a certain clientele.”

  • The pool was beautiful!

“The free buffet breakfast was a great start for our day at Disney.”

  • Location that is all!
  • Stains on the bed, rude staff and poor air quality!

“We drove from NY to Florida when we got there to check in we noticed a strong odor! We look at the bed and there was semen on it. The sheets were not changed. The bathroom was very dirty. Hair was left in the drain from the last guest. Furniture was rotting and outdated along with the filthy carpets. Then were showed 2 more rooms each one dirtier than the last!”

  • It was very conveniently located to Disney World.
  • The musty smell combined with the combination of chlorine and cigarette smoke that seeped into the room from the central entertainment area.

“The location and cost of this hotel was great. The musty smell that combined with the cigarette smoke and pool chlorine smell forced us to sleep/remain in our room as little as possible. We bought air fresheners, but unfortunately this did not help. Four out of five of us were ill by the time we finished our 4 night stay. If we had time to locate another hotel during the busy holiday season and our heavily scheduled stay, we would have.”

  • It was clean.
  • The twin beds for children felt like box springs not a mattress!

“The hotel was clean. The adult bed was comfortable. The twin beds in the children's area were horrible. When we called maintenance - they came up and told us – ‘That's what the bed should feel like’. You could feel every spring in the bed! They charged us the $10 fee for recreation but you could not use the indoor pool as it was under repair? Would not stay there again.”

  • It was economic.
  • There were bugs and major construction going on in the hotel.

“I would have been more satisfied with my stay at this hotel had there been accurate and up to date information about the current state of the building. There was major construction, added resort fees and bugs in our room. On the other hand, the location was great and the price was very economic.”

  • Convenient location.
  • Too many to list.

“Location was good. Air conditioner was very loud did not work properly. Toilet took 2-3 times to flush. Room had bad odor. The internet connection kept going in and out. In-room safe did not work. Common areas were under construction leaving the area dusty and with lots of scaffolding.”
