• The hotel was awesome. The family suite was amazing.
• They were slow to respond to the toiletries request & they never did bring the deodorant.

“This hotel was great. My 6 yr. old said "This is the coolest, most comfortable, nicest, softest, warmest, most awesome bed ever. The family suite was awesome. It was big and there was plenty of room to fit 3-4 kids plus a queen bed for the adults. We only had 1 kid, so we had A ton of room.”

• It was very close to attractions we visited and convenient to restaurants and shopping.
• One of the rooms we were in was noisy due to it's location, near the elevators and right above the pool's pump room.

“The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the breakfast buffet was a plus. The hotel was in a great location, convenient to all local attractions, restaurants and shopping.”

• Location.
• Poor customer service, bad food.

“We stayed for 6 days. They claim to have free wireless internet in all rooms (and charge a resort fee) but we were never able to connect while in our room and when we called the desk for help they blew us off. We had no toilet paper one day, lamps that were stacked in the corner that that did not work, coffee in the room was horrible so we bought coffee from the "coffee shop" in the lobby and it was just as bad and expensive. They buffet in the hotel was almost not edible, cheap though. The room had 2 TV's and 2 controllers; however both controllers worked on both TV's, so every time one person tried to change the channel or volume on one, it would also change the other. This was annoying! The last night that we stayed the hotel staff allowed about 15 girls to sit in the hallway and yell and laugh and run around for about 2 hours (10:30 PM- 12:30 PM), we made 3 phone calls to the front desk and others did as well and we were totally ignored. For the most part the other guests at this hotel were fairly "trashy" I would have expected this if they charged half the price.”

• The pool and stores to shop within walking distance.
• Staff is rude and dirty.

“The staff did not wash their hands when waiting on you and then wiping their nose. They were rude when the arcade ate the childrens tokens and told us to sell the tokens to another family if we "wouldn't" use them (we couldn't use them).”

• Wonderful for the price! Great location - just in front of Disney!
• Ppl that work there not friendly at all - ONLY downfall!

“We were literally 3 driving min. to Disney, and they have free shuttle service. Really neat indoor and outdoor pool, some of the rooms overlook indoor pool. Food at the buffet not so good and overpriced and staff not friendly, if you can get past that - WONDERFUL stay. Room was clean, great location, atmosphere around hotel great!”

• Indoor corridors and pool area. Huge rooms and large bathrooms.
• Doors were supposed to be key access only but they were not.

“My boyfriend and I have stayed at this hotel several times through its many reincarnations. I even stayed there when I was a kid and it was Wilson World. Ramada has definitely made some nice improvements and remodeled a lot of the rooms. It is a very nice place. The rooms are huge and the bathrooms are also. Very comfortable, convenient, and economical. We will be back.”

• Family rooms, with separate sleeping area for kids.
• Restaurant was poor service, including the Pizza Hut.

“The room we booked was poolside and we soon found out they had karoke until 11pm, (kids 4 and 5 couldn't sleep) we called and they quickly moved our room. The new room had a persistent wet floor right outside the bathroom due to a leak. Indoor pool looked dirty with peeling paint then some kids defecated in it. No pool monitor, pre-teens were left unattended and were bothersome to others (poor parenting I guess. Never used the shuttle. Restaurant has poor service and buffet style food that is medium quality at best, eat out. There is a Pizza Hut inside which also has poor service.”

• Clean.
• Hotel clerk did not report our soaked carpet to maintenance staff .

“We reported a soaked carpet by bathroom upon check in but nothing was done until the next day when we again reported it.”

• Under 9 ate free at the buffet.
• Could hear kareoke till 11:00 at night in our room!

“It suited our needs fine. However, the pool was closed one night and the waterfall in the pool never worked. Our room looked over the indoor courtyard where they had kareoke till 11:00pm. It was very loud and after a long day at the parks with children we all just wanted to sleep but couldn't because it was so loud.”

• Hotel Had everything you might need.
• Karaoke lasted until 11 p.m.

“This Hotel is in a great location. Very close and convenient to Disney World, Restaurants and shop's. The pool's were great entertainment for my daughter and a nice place to unwind after a long day at the theme parks. The quality, cleanliness and convenient location of this.”

• It was very clean and very pretty.
• I think they need more shuttles to the parks.

“The hotel was great. Very kid friendly. My son loved the indoor pool! The food was great. We will stay her again if we come back. My only complaint is the shuttles only left at 8 or 12:30 and returned at 5 or 9:30.”

• Great place for families with children--indoor pool, karaoke.
• Slow response time to complaints.

“Our worst nightmare for accommodations while on vacation. It took 7 hrs to get a TV remote, l day to get a refrigerator (with a door), & we'd arrived with grocery items needing refrigeration, 3 days to get shower rod repaired, & it was crooked when repaired requiring the shower curtain to slide several feet away from wall. On 2 occasions observed restaurant waiter drink soda from a clean glass rack, empty, & replace his used glass back to the clean glasses rack--this was reported to manager on duty (our room had an overhead view of the enclosed beverage station used only by staff)--we ate breakfast, but took our own coffee cups. The facilities are beautiful, the bed comfortable. Overall, 1st impression was great!”

• The price but would rather pay more for a little better quality.
• The shuttle was free but the time available were unreasonable.

“This hotel was not what it advertised. The rooms were outdated and smelled. The front desk staff was unprofessional and the shuttle service was a joke. Was too far from universal studios. The price was cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. Now I know.”

“When I booked the hotel for my stay, at the price I received my wife was worried that it was going to be a dump! But after getting there it was the best hotel/room we stay at all during our 11 days in Florida.”

• The service was not helpful. A little outdated.

“The hotel is in a nice location. The staff could have been a little more helpful. Overall it was a pretty good family hotel. I probably wouldn't go back because it was a little outdated.”

• Pool was excellent, heated with a waterfall.
• Service in hotel was opposite of what was promised everywhere.

“They will act unprofessionally, barge into your room with the do not disturb sign on the door and start working on maintenance while you're still there, being drawn to their fabulous pool. They will not offer room service whether their menu says so or not and will close the pool whenever they feel like; it does no matter what the posted hours say.”

• Indoor pool for the kids to use, a small convenience store and coffee shop in hotel.
• Old, getting very rundown.

“Our kids loved it there because of the indoor pool. I found the elevators, pool area, and rooms to be very uncomfortable to be in because it was so run down. Needs a redone.”

• Fee computer access in lobby.
• Pool had to be shut down due to bodily function by child (someone else).

“Our check in clerk was every friendly but the hotel only had one luggage rack available for all guests to use and we could not use without the bellhop. There was just one dual elevator and unfortunately our rooms were way on the other side of the hotel from the hotel so there was a lot of walking. Reserved 2 rooms. Mine was fine but the other one was run down a bit and in much poorer condition. We picked this hotel due to the indoor pool which unfortunately had to be closed one night (we only stayed 2 nights and the kids were too tired to enjoy the first night) due to another guests child doing a bodily function in the pool so it had to be shut down for health reasons.”
