• Did not tell me there was a continental breakfast.

“The 1 near UNF is clean they are friendly, all the dishes and utensils were clean and the A/C and remote worked which it didn't for me at the bay meadows one.”

“Roaches and sugar ants on bed, furniture and surrounding carpet. Room was filthy. Management switched our room after two days but the damage in our heads was already done. We have stayed in some inexpensive hotels before, but at least they were clean and bug free.”

• Could smell the other rooms smokers, very noisy.

“I've been staying in this hotel for months, and about 50% of the time I am in a room that is non-smoking, yet I can smell smoke coming from a smoking room. The walls are thin and its commonly noisy. The front desk clerk is usually watching TV in a back room and sometimes I wait 5 minutes for service.”
