• Cleanliness, pool, hot tub area, wireless connection did not work in rooms or lobby, unfriendly staff.

• Very comfortable beds.
• Sheets kept popping off corners of bed. Not big enough.

“I had read reviews on the hotel which some were good and some weren't so I went there with expectations it would be just a place to sleep. However, it was very modern, clean, nicely decorated, etc. and exceeded my expectations.”

• Convenient location.
• The facilities were not just dirty, they were filthy - I went to the desk to ask for cleaner and rags before I could feel comfortable to sleep.

“The mirror over the sing had been splattered from the last quest. The TV screens were filthy and there was a layer of dust on the furniture. The bed seemed o. K. And sheets clean, but got a crawly feeling from the overall appearance. The elevator had paint chips, the metal door splattered and floor had dirt piled in the corners and it looked like someone threw up on the rug. Thanks for allowing me to complain - I was going to write to quality inn.”
