  • The price was reasonable and it was close to many amenities.
  • No complaints.

“The hotel was terrific. Reasonable price, very clean, very nice about our little dog, and a good breakfast. The waffle mix was even kosher. The grounds are well landscaped. Our room was spacious and well equipped, even an iron and ironing board. Comfy bed. Free and easy WiFi.”

  • Willingness of staff to make adjustments needed for disability.
  • Beds very high for wheelchair people.

“The only problems were initial problem with accessibility. Space for wheelchair between furniture. Too high beds, cold temperature. However staff were excellent at fixing problems once were aware of them. Hotels are just not aware of needs, measurements needed etc. for accessible rooms.”

  • Friendly, better than I expected it to be.
  • The carpets in the room was dirty.

“Renovated all except the carpets. The carpets were dirty but the rest of the hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good.”

  • Staff was not very attentive.

“When we got there to check in no one was at the desk, we waited a good 20 minutes for them to appear, the next day our room keys did not work, the desk clerk was not at all apologetic, she said it was some kind of screw up with the computer, I personally think it was a screw up on her part, she was the one that checked us in.”

“The room bathroom was somewhat dirty and there was some trash left in the room from the previous traveler. The breakfast area was too small for the number of guests using it. Overall, since we were only looking for a convenient place to stay at a good price on the way to our destination, we were happy to stay here.”

“Rooms are in major need of sprucing up. Paint has lots of old marks, carpet and furniture are stained, blankets are worn. My room was in the back. I did not feel secure, as surrounding properties were similarly downtrodden.”

“I would not recommend this hotel--especially for people traveling with kids. The grounds were dirty and unkempt. The pool had algae growing on the bottom and sides. There were numerous people sitting and standing around the steps outside of the room doors talking on cell phones, and smoking. In the rooms near the pool area, guests left their room doors open, and were smoking and drinking and loud. ”

  • This hotel was dirty and unclean. The rooms smelled of smoke. My clothes smelled like I had been in a bar.

“I was very disappointed in this hotel. I must say that this hotel stay was horrible! The facilities were not at all what I would expect from a "TWO STAR" hotel. By no means is this hotel a "TWO STAR".”

“Avoid this place at all costs, for $75.00 per night it's no deal, it's noisy, dirty and broken down. This isn't even a good hideout...lots of police in the hood...”

  • Wireless Internet, although it did not stay connected sometimes.
  • The hotel was really old. The bathroom was horrible- the shower was OLD with really old fixtures and the water pressure was terrible,

“Honestly, the hotel was not that great. It was in a bad neighborhood, and the hotel was really old. The staff was helpful, but they did not have an internet cord when we waited about 15 minutes behind a group for one, the front desk guy knew we were waiting and couldn't even stop to see if he had one before we waited there for forever. The bathroom was appalling, not too clean and the shower had old corroded fixtures and no shelves to place your things when showering. The rest of the room was okay. The TV had a green tint though as well. I was pretty disappointed because I typically stay at other hotels in this area, and they are great.”

  • Everything else.

“The housekeeping staff was very rude, the bathroom was dirty and when I asked them to come and clean the bathroom they would not and offered the excuse that it was the liner in the tub. I would never even think of recommending this hotel to any one.”
