• Affordable
• It could be better.

“Hotel is clean and affordable. However, management needs to tighten up loose ends in regards to overall upkeep of the environment.”

• Location, great atmosphere for Florida/Georgia game.
• Room wasn't cleaned at check in.

“Staff was nice, great location, decent room, great atmosphere for Florida vs. Georgia game, however, room was not cleaned at check in, had to leave room for an hour while maid came.”

• Building was clean. And was a short drive to where I needed to go.
• No housekeeping was done we had to change beds and towels. Air condition was not cooling.

“Nice build but run down. Air conditioner old and not working well did not cool room. No housekeeping for the three days. I had to change bed sheets and towels by myself.”

• There was a bathroom in the room.
• There were moldy coffee grounds left in the coffee pot.

“The staff at this hotel was very flippant when we told them about the severely molded coffee pot and that the fridge was room temperature. When I tried to check out I was unable to do so because no one arrived until 8am. When I asked if I could have left the key in the room, I was told that I could have but if they didn't check the messages before 11am (check out time) we would be charged an extra day.”

• Bugs, old furnishings, cigarette burns in bedding.

“I have stayed in quite a number of places in the US, Mexico, and the Caribbean, but none have been as bad as this hotel. The furnishings were unattractive, the fixtures were old and run-down, and it was infested with bugs.”

• The cleanliness of the hotel.

“The hotel itself smelled of hot cheese and tacos. The room was not clean as it should've been. The tub looked as if someone had just been bathed in with a ring around the tub. There were roaches and ants in the room. Also when I went to check out, there was no one there to check me out! At the front desk. And because of that they attempted to charge me extra for the room.”

• The location was pretty nice. right off I-95, a lot of places to eat around.
• The hotel rooms look dirty and old. We asked for nonsmoking but they gave us smoking.

“We've never stayed in an extended stay before so we didn't know what to expect. Housekeeping comes to clean up your room twice during your whole stay and if you want clean towels you have to pay for it. The morning staff was pretty rude but the night staff was nice and friendly. We will stay in a normal hotel next time, its really not worth paying for a two stove burners that smell like you're burning something every time you turn it on.”

• Location was very convenient.
• It was not very clean and was very worn looking. The room they gave me had not been cleaned so I had to move.

“This was not my best experience. I thought it was a one star and thought I would bump up the star level next time. Then I saw that this was a 2 star. I would not agree. The room was shabby looking, especially the kitchen/bath areas and did not appear clean.”

• A fire alarm went off during our stay and I called the front desk, they indicted someone burnt popcorn, but a fire truck still came.
