• Conveniently located to my destination.
• I saw a roach in my room.

“All in all it is a decent place to stay for visiting the Disney area it's not lavish but if you want lavish you won't be considering this. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.”

• The price and location.
• No internet connection, room had a smell.

“The location and price was good, the hotel charged me a "resort" fee for $3.11 a day, which I did not think is right, since everything should be paid for, they did not take out my trash one day, and left us with no toilet paper, I had to go to the desk and complain, they still charged me the resort fee.”

• Location was close to Disney World, easy access via freeway.
• Lack of responsiveness of staff to fix issues brought to their attention.

“After the first evening, I asked the front desk to have maintenance fix the dripping sink faucet, address the water flowing from the tub faucet that could not be turned off, and re-program my room key so that it worked. Only the room key was addressed.”

“For us it was just a place to sleep and it was perfect for our needs. I would absolutely stay here again.”

• The location was great for getting to and from Disney.
• The room & bathroom needed renovation. The tub was in bad shape. Electrical outlets were inconveniently placed.

“The hotel was okay but the room needed renovation. The layout of the room was poorly designed & the bathroom tub needed to be replaced. Everything worked fine except the toilet didn't flush properly sometimes requiring 2 flushes. The breakfast buffet was the best part of our stay. It was very convenient.”

• The hotel lobby was beautiful, the pool was amazing.
• The rooms were in need of repair, previous repairs were noticeable.

“Overall the stay was comfortable, the hotel was clean. The room was old and in need of repairs, previously repaired areas of the ceiling and bathroom was terribly noticeable.”

• That they had an opening.
• The rooms were small and old, bath tub was scary.

“We were disappointed to find very small children in the hot tub, no room for adults. There were men smoking something at the pool area out of a hose which was not good for our children to see. We felt very uncomfortable staying here. We almost left, but knew there wasn't very much to choose from this time of year.”

“If you want the bottom of the barrel in a great location, this is your hotel. While this was minutes from Disney, the rest of it was questionable. We ended up extending our stay another day and stayed at a Disney resort instead, which was light-years difference in quality. The sheets weren't clean (apparently a heavy smoker was the last one to sleep where I did, and the room had a bad musty odor when you opened the door. Room was not in very good repair, with the vent fan in the bathroom not functioning and a blank outlet plate where the switch should have been. Acoustics in the place were poor, being able to clearly hear conversations of neighboring guests through the walls. Landscaping left much to be desired (looked like it had been neglected for several years). Pool area seemed okay, but only one of the hot tubs was warm enough to be considered a hot tub and was big enough to fit only about four adults. Restaurant was okay, prices were a little on the high side. Food was good but a bit overcooked. Staff was not very friendly. Upon waiting at the front desk for several minutes for our reservation to be "entered into the system" to no avail, the lady at the desk stated "I can't stand you waiting here any longer, I'm just going to get you a room". The lady at the discount tickets area was not much better. While in the restaurant, I heard one of the other patrons remark that they came up to the desk while the lady was on the phone and had to wait almost five minutes before the lady would even acknowledge that she was there. When we talked to her, she seemed short and very impatient as we weighed our options. In the end we ended up not buying there, as in order to get a discount you needed to take a tour of a timeshare property down the road. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for!”

• Asked for wake up call and never received it. Beds were very uncomfortable.

“We had to ask for the TV remote, not enough towels for two adults, no do not disturb sign.”

• Bad traffic on 192 which hotel really cannot help.
