• Nothing.
• I actually had to move to a different hotel.

“The lobby was beautiful, so I was pleased. I was given my room key and when entering my room and it had a horrible smell. I went to use the restroom and notice the hair was in the bottom of the tub. I went to unpack and noticed the TV didn't work nor did the fridge. When I went to plug in my laptop none of the outlets worked. I called the front desk but no-one answered.”

“The hotel is a great value for the money but is still an economy hotel. The rooms were small but clean, the AC and pool were great, the location is superb, but the bathroom can really use renovations.”

• Roaches in room.

“The hotel really wasn't that bad considering the price. There was a roach in our room but the staff was very helpful and let us switch rooms. The rooms are a little hard to find - walking around was like being in a maze. I recommend leaving your bags in the car while you look for your room! Overall, it wasn't a bad stay, but next time I will pay more if it means I can avoid bugs and cheap sheets, towels, etc.”

• It was cheap.

“The room was impossible to find in the sprawling, run-down, poorly lighted and oddly numbered complex. The room was smelly, moldy, and peppered with hair (not ours) and bugs. It was more akin to camping than staying in a hotel. One of the worst rooms I have ever encountered.”

• Hotel staff was not friendly and helpful.

“The room smelt like someone had just finished smoking in it, there were 4 of us staying in the room and we only had one towel and 2 pillows. We called front desk to request more towels and pillows and they would not answer, so we called from our cell phone and they answered first ring. We were not happy about this, told them we needed towels and they said they would bring them, 30 minutes later we still did not have them so decided to walk up front to get them, we were at the back of the hotel so it was a long walk, finally got there, got towels went back to room. Next night same thing happened, only one towel left after housecleaning came. Called front desk, again no answer.”

• The room was largeer then expected.
• No fitted sheet on bed, remote broken, phone broken.

“The hotel looks beautiful outside and so did the lobby. Looked upscale, but the rooms weren't as clean as expected. There was grease on the bathroom wall and door knob. There wasn't even a whole roll of toilet paper. There were no fitted sheets just a throw sheet so while I slept, I ended up sleeping on the mattress which I find disgusting. Also the remote didn't work for the TV. We asked to have it fixed and they never came, and I couldn't call them for anything cause the phone didn't work. We had to drive to the front lobby. I also assumed there was a free continental breakfast because all hotels have that and I was shocked to find out that this hotel did not. The hotel was Americas best value inn so I was surprised. They were all small things but we weren't happy because, it interfered with our romantic weekend for our 1 yr wedding anniversary. Also we had the do not disturb sign up and they still let themselves in to clean the room while my husband and I were laying on the bed watching TV, and eating strawberry. We weren't happy at all and want to go to another hotel on valentines day and try to re-do our wedding anniversary weekend.”

• Rooms very small

“Was very displeased, was put in a room where it was colder in the room then it was outside, the heater was not working and had to be moved twice before they got us in a room that the heater was working. The towells in the bathroom, with filthy with dirt , seemed like they had never been moved or changed and had to request for clean towell.”

“This hotel is old and needs to be updated inside & out but mostly inside. New bedding,new headboards (fabric not good where many people sleep especially in warmer climate!) new AC unit new bathroom & vanity, new locks on doors, new carpeting in rooms, cable that works. Not sure why we were zapped with a resort fee at checkout when it is clearly an economy hotel.”

• It had a bar.
• Everything else was horrible, my girlfriend cried the whole time over the poor conditions.

“The bar was nice, the staff outside of the
restaurant didn't speak English. The room had mold on the inside of the doors and in the bath rooms. It was also full of moths.”

• Conveniently located to my destination.
• I saw a roach in my room.

“All in all it is a decent place to stay for visiting the Disney area it's not lavish but if you want lavish you won't be considering this. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.”

• No internet connection, room had a smell.

“The location and price was good, the hotel charged me a "resort" fee for $3.11 a day, which I did not think is right, since everything should be paid for, they did not take out my trash one day, and left us with no toilet paper, I had to go to the desk and complain, they still charged me the resort fee.”

• Location was close to Disney World, easy access via freeway.
• Lack of responsiveness of staff to fix issues brought to their attention.

“After the first evening, I asked the front desk to have maintenance fix the dripping sink faucet, address the water flowing from the tub faucet that could not be turned off, and re-program my room key so that it worked. Only the room key was addressed.”

• The location was great for getting to and from Disney.
• The room & bathroom needed renovation. The tub was in bad shape. Electrical outlets were inconveniently placed.

“The hotel was okay but the room needed renovation. The layout of the room was poorly designed & the bathroom tub needed to be replaced. Everything worked fine except the toilet didn't flush properly sometimes requiring 2 flushes. The breakfast buffet was the best part of our stay. It was very convenient.”

• The rooms were in need of repair, previous repairs were noticeable.

“Overall the stay was comfortable, the hotel was clean. The room was old and in need of repairs, previously repaired areas of the ceiling and bathroom was terribly noticeable.”
