• It was convenient.
• The bed felt like a brick.

“The hotel was fine, the staff was nice. The room was acceptable. However, the bed was the worst bed I have ever slept on in my life. I had to pull back the sheet to make sure there was fabric and a mattress, it was so hard.”

“Good location. Nice facilities in and out of the room. Shampoo only available upon request. Continental breakfast was adequate though the juices tasted watered down. All in all good bang for the buck.”

• The pool.
• No continental breakfast was served over the weekend.

“Customer service was horrible! When we needed a towel exchange it was like pulling teeth. Had I realized this was a m-f hotel for the continental breakfast I would not have accepted the deal as we were trying to save money that way as well. The beds were brand new and stiff which gave my wife and me poor sleep. We asked to move they stated that all the rooms had new beds and were not able to try another room. The hotel was not jam-packed either. It was so bad that I will never stay at a place like this again.”

“The suite room is small but pretty clean, it has a kitchen and dining wares so you can cook. I would stay again.”

• It was clean, easily accessible and had everything we needed.
• We were supposed to have a queen size bed and a queen pull out couch, but we didn't get any couch.

• Kitchenettes, good size room.
• Garbage disposal didn't work (smelled bad) needs more cable channels.

“Overall enjoyed our stay. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and there was a horrible smell coming from the garbage disposal (that was broken) which we cleaned. But the room was a good size and clean. The facility overall was kept nicely.”

“I was disappointed in this homestead suite. My wife told me there would be a continental breakfast Monday Friday. Also a manager¿s reception Monday Tuesday. Since I travel alone I enjoy the company at these events. This information came from the homestead suites site you directed me to. I would have liked the hotel to be a little closer to my work. In the 5 or so times I have used I have been disappointed in only 2 of the hotels. I probably wouldn't have picked this one for myself.”
