• The desk staff was helpful.
• We had to change rooms 3 times.

“The rooms need to be fully checked out to make sure everything is in working order before renting them out. The main inconvenience was that the shower didn't work, and we were in a hurry.”

• Fridge/microwave in room, convenient location, excellent value.
• Room was small, only one (full size) bed.

“This Best Western was by far the nicest Best Western I've seen. 6 floors, all interior entry rooms, very new and well kept. Breakfast was included, and had the normal continental breakfast items, but also hot items such as eggs and sausage patties. The microwave/fridge combo was an unexpected and much appreciated bonus. Just a great deal all around.”

• Free breakfast served until 9:30, clean comfortable beds.
• The bathroom was very small, no dimmer switch on lamps, elevator repairs, 1st floor smoky smell.

“The hotel wasn't too bad, considering the price we paid. We were really only there to sleep and shower, so it suited our needs. It would have been nice to have a dimmer switch on the lamps for nightly reading while the kids were sleeping, but we had to drape a towel over it instead. The bathroom was so small that you had to squeeze between the counter and toilet just to close the door. Two people did not fit at the same time, making it difficult to bath the kids. The beds were comfortable and bouncy (which the kids loved!). We loved that the breakfast was served until 9:30 for us late risers, and that there were several options at the buffet. We didn't like that the 1st floor smelled a bit smoky on the way to the dining room. Overall, for for the price we paid, we really aren't complaining, just making observations.”

“AC worked well. Cleaning staff was pleasant. Needed room key to enter hotel lobby after 10:00 pm. unheated pool. Front desk seemed inconvenienced that I requested towel service in afternoon.”
