“Clean, nothing fancy. Older, but renovated rooms. Little hard to find, they got the last street to turn on wrong.”

• Beautiful lobby and public area. Surprisingly close to Disney.
• None of the beds had proper sheets. Some of the beds had ripped sheets.

“This hotel has a beautiful open lobby area, and a pretty good continental breakfast. In cold weather beware. There are no elevators off the lobby; all elevators are outside. We got beds with ripped sheets, and some with no fitted-sheet at all. One plus that comes to mind is that the hotel has Family Suites, where the kids have a semi-private cubical, with their own TV. My kids loved that!”

• Very friendly staff, and the rooms were clean & well kept.
• Railing on 4th floor were loose.

• Nothing at all.

“This is the worst hotel my family has ever stayed at. The lobby looks good but the buildings are pretty dirty and messy, and the elevators are smelly. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, but decided to leave after the first night stay regardless of 2 nights payment. Can't understand why there is a mandatory resort fee charge on this hotel which has no resort facilities at all. Our door lock didn't work and when we called front desk, no one answered. I have to go to front desk in person to notify them and was told they will send maintenance to fix it. No one showed up after 10 minutes and I have to call front desk again as we couldn't go anywhere when the door couldn't be locked. When maintenance came, we wasted another 20 minutes until he fixed it.”

• The rooms were larger and nicer then expected.
• The outside is still being updated.

“This Hotel will be VERY nice when the remodel is complete. The rooms and inside of the hotel are VERY nice. The Outside is still being updated. The hotel is super close to Animal Kingdom and all of Disney.”

• The room was great expect fot thr bathshower that need work.
• The out side of thr hotel look like a dump and it took me 35 mins. Riding by the hotel to find it because there were no signs I called 5 times .

“The hotel need work . For the price it was ok.
Once we went in. The ice maker didn't work overall I would go back. The fridge mircowave, flat screen was great and the double queen beds.”

• 42 inch plasma TV and relaxing park area.
• Although the staff was friendly there seems to be a shortage of personnel.

“The motel was clean and the staff quite friendly. They seem to have remodeled the place recently as the room had a 42 inch plasma TV and fairly new furnishings. The motel has a business center with internet connection and a rather attractive lobby. Outside there is a shaded park like area with benches good for afternoon reading. All in all a pleasant stay.”

• It was somewhere to shower and sleep at best!
• The staff, room and contents!

“When I checked in to the hotel I expected a king and two bunk beds in a kids suite. What I got was a full bed, three beds in the kids suite! My kids had no room to move in their suite and the full bed was difficult to sleep in with my wife. We have a king at home, thats why we wanted a king on vacation!”

• The hotel lobby was attractive and the employees were pleasant.
• Pool bar was not open and had issues with room locks and toilet.

“It was okay - had a few problems with the room door lock and the bathroom door lock (kept getting stuck in bathroom. Room smelled musty for 1st day or so - staff was great!”
