• 42 inch plasma TV and relaxing park area.
• Although the staff was friendly there seems to be a shortage of personnel.

“The motel was clean and the staff quite friendly. They seem to have remodeled the place recently as the room had a 42 inch plasma TV and fairly new furnishings. The motel has a business center with internet connection and a rather attractive lobby. Outside there is a shaded park like area with benches good for afternoon reading. All in all a pleasant stay.”

• It was somewhere to shower and sleep at best!
• The staff, room and contents!

“When I checked in to the hotel I expected a king and two bunk beds in a kids suite. What I got was a full bed, three beds in the kids suite! My kids had no room to move in their suite and the full bed was difficult to sleep in with my wife. We have a king at home, thats why we wanted a king on vacation!”

• The hotel lobby was attractive and the employees were pleasant.
• Pool bar was not open and had issues with room locks and toilet.

“It was okay - had a few problems with the room door lock and the bathroom door lock (kept getting stuck in bathroom. Room smelled musty for 1st day or so - staff was great!”

• Check in and check out customer service personnel very nice and helpful.
• Old sheets with holes in them, three tissues in box, no TV guide, no shower cap.

“Hotel was ok, did not stay long enough to use facilities, was located close to Disney, but not marked well to see from the road in the daylight, need to put names of all streets for access.”

• Close to the interstate and in a good location.
• They were doing construction during my visit.

“Great place to stay while in Orlando and I would stay here with my family anytime.”

• Beds were old, towels falling apart and poor customer service.

“This hotel is old and needs a lot of remodeling to make it enjoyable. They need to focus on customer service so people will come back”

• Good location to Disneyworld.
• Very, very dirty.

“We got there and had to wait an hour because the room they reserved for us was nasty, the new one they got us was nasty too, mold in the bathroom, stains in the carpet, just gross all around.”

“Standard rooms. Nice people. Ok location. Pool was dirty. Bad shuttle service, they need more shuttles running to the parks more often.”
