• Not 1 single thing.
• Staff was rude. room was not clean. lied about services. Worst experience at a hotel I have ever had!

“This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! The hotel staff was very rude. When we came in the staff was eating and continued to eat while we were talking to them. There shuttle did not pick us up so we had to call and cab because the hotel said they would pay. The hotel made us talk to the police and did not help us even though it was there fault for not picking us up after waiting 2 hours! The room was nasty and had things left from the last person who stayed there. We asked the staff to call us a cab and they called a bus for just two people. Do not stay at this place. The rooms are nasty. The shower had mildew on the walls. The microwave was a yellow color. The pool was small.”

• I liked nothing about this dirty, rat and cockroaches infested hotel.
• Dirty, smell, cockroaches infested hotel. restaurant closed for 3 days due to rat infestation. I am very surprised this hotel is still advertised in holiday brochures. Do not go to this hotel.

“Believe me you do not want to stay at this hotel if you can call it that we paid £2500, to stay here October 2006, the room was dark, filthy, and smelly and cockroaches paradise. They were everywhere; the restaurant got closed down due to rat infestation. The chef told us that it was due to cooking equipment breaking down. The TV crew were present taking pictures and interviewing the manger, this is how we found out what was really happening by asking one of the TV crew. The staffs at the hotel were rude when we complained about the rooms; they did eventually move us only to find more cockroaches. All in all I wont be going back to this hotel, I wont travel with Thompson's again, and its put me off going anywhere even Florida for 14 days stay. Iam telling you do not go to this hotel.”

• The web site was very misleading. There were stray cats everywhere. The bathroom was full of mold. I could not wait to leave.

“I would recommend this hotel to no one. It was noisy dity, loud,and in disrepair. We had a five night stay scheduled we stayed one night.”

• I liked it when I drove out of their lot for the last time!!!! Dump
• Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel

“ The place was totally trashed.Additionally, when I checked out they hit me up for a "Resort Tax" when i questioned that charge beyond what I had paid.”

• The price was cheap.
• Too many bad things to list in only 20 words.

“First of all, I asked for a non smoking room and the room I got stank of smoke. I am a smoker mind you but this was so bad it bothered me. I was told they charge more for non-smoking rooms.Second, at 2:00am I was awoken by some unrulely guests fighting in the hallway and the room next to mine. The front desk 'told me' they sent security to take care of the problem, I think they didn't do anything because the noises went on for over 2 hours. Needless to say me and my 4 year old daughter did not rest much and we didn't really enjoy the next day at Disney World.Third... for $8.00 I enjoyed a breakfast buffet, made up of dried out scrambled eggs. Everything else they "said" was part of the breakfast they sell was all gone and the cook wasn't making any more. Wow... I would have eaten at Disney World had I known.”
