• I loved how they were concerned about my needs and my space. They were very helpful in all aspects.
• If anything the ice machine could of been closer but I didn't ask if there was a closer one either so it even out.

“When I first walked into Ramada the atmosphere was quiet and smooth. I walked straight up to the counter and the salesperson was as nice and polite as he could be and was very helpful for my needs and also we interchanged a conversation while he was checking me in. Then when I got to my room, he called to see if everything was to my satisfaction and if I needed anything. I would definitely recommend this place; good people and great place to go for business trips. Thank you!”

• The staff was extremely friendly and close to restaurants.
• The hotel was poorly kept and in a bad location.

“The hotel looked extremely old and rundown.
The lobby was dirty. The room was smelly and the bedding was not complete. The carpet was really dirty. We had to walk all the way around the building to get to our room. There was no staircase on the side where we were located.”

“My stay at this hotel is by far the worst experience that I have had travelling. I would definitely want you to contact the hotel management (if they exist) and tell them they are doing a horrible job. They failed miserably.”
