• Convenient to Cuyahoga National Forest.
• Entrance D did not lock.

“Made use of the in-room microwave and refrigerator. The room and hotel met all my expectations.”

• Very kid friendly, my children really enjoyed the atrium.
• They weren't prepared for a large group even though you had to check in at least a week in advance.

“I stayed here for my sons basketball tournament. After checking in, I found that my room was still dirty from previous guest. I called the front desk and asked for more washcloths I was told they were being washed and some would be brought to me after they were finished. I never received them. So I called the next morning only for them to tell me they didn't have any. I tracked down housekeeping who didn't speak English very well so it took me another 15 to get a washcloth out of them and they still didn't have enough. Breakfast could only be from the buffet. You weren't allowed to order from the regular menu until after 12 noon. Kid friendly (yes) but definitely lacking in other areas.”

“A banquet I was attending was at the hotel, so decided to stay. The room was very nice with mini frig & wireless Internet.”

• Good location. Nice amenities. Friendly staff.
• Water temp, cleanliness of heating grates.

“Water temperature of the shower was inconsistent varying from very hot to very cold during the shower when no control knobs had been touched. Cold air return grates were filthy. It appears that the staff does a decent job of cleaning the main areas of the room but neglects the details (i.e. Clogged sink drain, dirty grates, blown light bulbs.) Also, the wireless internet connection did not work. The quality of the restaurant food was poor. Would recommend the hotel overall, but would advise people not to dine in the restaurant.”

• Friendly staff and good location.
• Cleanliness was lacking.

“This is the first place I've ever had to request that someone come clean the bathroom. They sent someone immediately, & the bath was cleaned very quickly. I don't know if it was a matter of the cleaning staff shirking on a room at the end of the day, or if cleanliness issues are present in more places. But except for the bath issue, the hotel was attractive, clean & overall a good experience.”
