• Good location.
• Was a little run down.

“Good place, walking distance from downtown. Run down a little and the pool is very small and outside.”

• The room was decent.
• The service was deplorable. The front staff was very rude.

“The hotel room was decent but the outside location and lobby was very dirty and old. It gives the impression more of a motel instead of a hotel. The front staff was very rude and did not use any etiquette. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Clean smell; friendly staff, breakfast options.
• Internet connection was down.

“It was an okay hotel to stay in. The room was clean & smelled clean. The bed/pillows were soft and comfortable.”

• It was clean and comfortable.
• Room was very cold when I arrived, but I remedied that quickly - not a real problem, some of the TV channels were "snowy" and not clear.

“Fairfield in Charleston, we were close to the downtown location I was visiting. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was good. It was close to an interstate highway on ramp. I would stay there again if I had the chance and would recommend it to my friends. My initial reason for choosing this hotel was its provision of internet access. By far it was eclipsed by everything else.”

• The people at the front desk were very, very kind.
• Everything was good.

“Great, with the exception of somebody else's cookies had not been swept from under the bed. A minor detail, because everything else made up for that.”
