  • It can be a good deal for a large family.
  • Customer service from the staff, or lack of.

“They do short term house rentals. If it is something you need for a few days, I guess they do an ok job. We are doing a long term rental, and have gotten lousy service from them all around. They are just not set up to handle people that require them to do more maintenance.”
