• The staff was quick to change my room quickly from the originally assigned.
• The room smelled a bit of mildew.

“The odor of mildew in the room. I bought it up to the attention of the staff and they were very accommodating in providing me with a better just remodeled room.”

• Hotel staff was very willing to fix the problems.
• Previously flooded, bugs.

“Lower end motel, flooded from Hurricane Gustav, had dead and live bugs in one room, had a trail of ants into another, and some bottom floor units had musty smell from flooding. The staff was very willing to relocate us, into a suite to solve the problems.”

• Had to move rooms twice for bad AC.

“Rooms smelled of mildew, AC was in adequate, staff was ok, having to move rooms was a pain after 16 hr storm work.”

• Cheap, close to the airport, free internet, free breakfast.
• The room smelled a little musty.

“Overall the hotel was good, the staff was very friendly. The one down point was that a lot of truckers stay there which creates a large amount of noise in the AM when the start their trucks to leave. I would stay there again but I will probably ask a room in the back section of the hotel to reduce the outside noise.”

• Location - close to JAX.
• Dirty clothes and roaches in the room.

“After moving rooms because of noise issues, the second room I was in had dirty clothes from the last guest still in it, it smelled bad, and there were roaches. I've stayed at this hotel once before and neither time was a good experience. I will not stay again and would not recommend it to anyone unless you like the filth, stench, and roaches.”

• The hotel was clean and close to where I needed to go. The pool was nice as well.
• The housekeeping staff did not speak English and it was hard to explain I needed face cloths and soap that were not in the room.

• Convenience to the airport and helpful staff.
• The first room we tried smelled moldy; the second room was fine.

• The staff was excellent, had con-breakfast, was clean and it was nice enough that I would stay again.
• I liked everything.
