  • Nothing.
  • Very load in hallway for over 2 hours!

“Called and complained about kids screaming in hallways. Waited until 10pm to call and it last until 2AM. Never heard security in the hallway. The Manager should have come and handled the situations. I would never recommend this hotel.”

  • The landscape, building and pool area was pleasing to the eye.
  • The hallway carpet and base boards seemed to need replacing.

“Check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The hotel was quiet. The hotel was a little hidden among a cluster of other hotels. The lobby was clean and inviting. The decor was nice. Loved the flat screen TV in the room. The bathroom was nice except no electrical venting for humidity caused by shower. Therefore, the mirror fogged over. The bathroom decor was nice even though the area was a bit small for my personal liking. I would definitely stay there again.”

  • There was a party outside our window until 4am & nothing was done.

  • Convenient to main highways, walking distance to restaurants, clean, quiet in the room, courteous and helpful staff.
  • Presently under renovations.

“This was the first time using priceline and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the accommodations. We were treated with the
respect as if paying the normal rates.”

  • They treat everyone that walks in the door professionally, whether you paid full price or not.
  • The ongoing renovations.

  • Excellent : food, location, check-in.

“Very pleasant, professional, good fitness room, excellent food, very nice pool, good-functioning elevator, room past the no-shoes test, no bad odor, slight odor of previous smoking offense, great internet provision, great business center & printing boarding passes for flight, efficient check-out.”

  • Lobby was very attractive.

“The location was great, the lobby was very attractive and the customer service was great. The hotel room had a water leak in room 336 and my clothes were all wet in my bags and then I realized it came from the closet which was leaking water and the room smelled like wet water.”

  • The hotel lobby was nice, and the work out area was nice although some machines did not work.
  • When I got up to my room I was very disappointed, the rooms were really outdated and stuffy!

“Checked in late, the staff was very friendly, however late that night they gave a key to my husband who surprised me and came up to the hotel around 3 am! I didn't even know he was coming and did not tell them to make a key for anyone, I figured they probably should have called up to the room or something but it was okay because he was welcome to come.”

  • The hotel was conveniently located to the freeway.
  • It was getting a little run down.

“We stayed here as a stop along a route, so didn't spend much time here. I was a little disappointed in the condition, with stains in the hallway and damage to the walls of the elevator.”

  • Pool looked nice. Room was nice. Restaurant/bar is nice.
  • Stayed for more than a week. Needed late checkout last day,
    manager was not accommodating.

“Hotel is in a nice secluded location and is a high class hotel that warrants three stars for the most part. Free wireless internet is nice. Pool is nice. Bar and restaurant is nice with good food. One little thing
I noticed was that there is a rural home next door with many pet dogs which can make quite a raucous at various times during the day or night.
I stayed for more than a week and needed a late checkout on the last day. However the manager was not accommodating or friendly at all and basically kicked me out.
I had a great experience overall except for that ending which left me with a sour taste.”

  • Quailty of the room.
  • The TV in the room was updated and the lighting was poor.

“For the business traveler it is good. The only problem I have is the poor lighting in the room. Again what is with the low wattage bulbs! You can barely see anything. Also, the TV needs to be upgraded, it was terrible. The restaurant has a great breakfast. The workout facility was clean and all equipment was working.”

  • Business center computer was not working, looks like they no longer offer access if you had a lap-top there apparently was wireless avail.

“Very nice place to stay was close to our destination and reason for coming to Cleveland. It is ideally located for traveling to the downtown or to the easter n suburban areas, lots of restaurants, drug stores, grocery stores, etc. nearby. Would probably stay there again.”

  • The cookie and the robe.
  • My bathroom wasn't clean. There was a piece of a new clothes tag on the floor and no shower cap.

“Of course, I love the cookie and their bathrobes are plush and roomy (even for a plus-size). My bathroom didn't seem to get the attention it deserved. There was a piece of a tag off of new clothing on the floor, a couple of hairs in the shower and no shower cap. I did get room service in the morning. It was extremely fast and they remembered all my specifics. They didn't bring a glass of water with it though. At other hotels I've always gotten a glass of ice water with my meal. Overall, still love the Doubletree.”
