• Close to I-80.
• The room, particularly the mattress and pillow, reeked of cigarette smoke.

“I requested a non-smoking room, but was told none was available. The room, mattress and pillows reeked of cigarette smoke to the point that made sleep difficult. We didn't dine in the restaurant or use the public spaces. It was very close to I 80 and convenient to Downtown Cleveland.”

• Friendly staff and very clean.
• Check in was too late. We had to find something to do for 2 hours and didn't know the area at all.

“Nice friendly hotel close to downtown. Besides the late check in time we were very pleased with it.”

• The convenience was great.
• The comforter was dirty. Tub had to be rinsed before we could use it.

“Hotel is in a great area. The staff at check in was great. She was friendly and when I called about the comforter being dirty, one was sent up immediately to replace it.”

• Close to everything of interest. Easy access to main highways.
• Could expand the continental breakfast a bit.

“Overall, no surprises. Was well attended to. Nice place for a family stay. Pool included, can't beat the price. Close driving to all local attractions, with easy on/off routes. Would recommend.”

• I liked the location.
• We had ants in our room; no electricity one morning.

“Very disappointed. Staff was not very helpful;reported ants in our room; asked for an exterminator, but still had ants the next day.No electricity one morning; no one on the staffcontacted us regarding the problem.”
