• It was extremely clean.
• Did not like the lack of TV channels.

“Hotel was very clean and staff was extremely friendly. Though there was not a wide range on TV channels to choose from, the view from the window was quite pleasant.”

• Nicely renovated and modern!
• No outdoor pool.

“I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The rooms were outstanding with a great sitting area including a sofa and a 42" plasma TV! There was Starbucks coffee in the rooms as well as a refrigerator. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The internet worked well in the room. All of the facilities were top notch! Next time I will bring my wife and daughter. They would have loved it!”

• Sitting area, fridge, Great TV with input ports.
• No microwave in room, no whirlpool.

“Great combination of style and function. Comfortable bed, great TV/entertainment center, sitting area with fridge, wireless internet complimentary. I will stay in Hyatt Place hotels at every opportunity.”

• The access to business support (computers, printing, faxing).
• Minor. I was in a handicapped room. As I am somewhat tall, various aspects of the room (shower etc.) were not well suited to my size.

“Very well run operation with a more than attentive staff. Working from this location is a pleasure.”

• Slow elevator.

“The rooms were very nice. A king bed, a large sofa and a 42 inch plasma TV. The room included a cold breakfast and one could purchase a warm breakfast as well.”

• Concierge were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The room was great.
• The bathtub was peeling and gray.

“The location was excellent on the by-pass. The parking lot was convenient and close. The lobby was clean and welcoming. The concierge were very helpful, friendly and calm under pressure. The elevator was clean and usually quick. The halls were tidy and well marked. The room was surprisingly large and well laid out. The 42 inch High Definition TV was another surprise that was well received.”

• Everyone was so warm. Room very clean & good food.

“A great place to spend time with family or just with your mate. I stayed at this hotel for many years before it changed over. Now my children visit your hotel more often than I do. They bring their family and friends just for a weekend get away. As a whole we will all continue to be apart of your family.”

• OK.
• Heating system was terrible.

“The hotel did not even care to shovel the snow at the main entrance/exit at 7 AM. Similarly they did not bother to shovel the snow behind the cars in the parking lot - only a narrow strip was half-ass cleared and left us to stand in 8 inches of snow (with business suits and dress shoes all getting wet) and clean our cars. No forethought, no concern for the guests.”

“Good clean hotel. Good location for Southern Cleveland. Staff was business like, but not very friendly. Afternoon evening lobby staff looked and acted like bouncers.”

• I really felt at home there, and I loved the flat screen TV. And everyone was really nice, and helpful.
• There was one older man who had a real bad attitude, and when he was checking me in. But, I just had to ignore him, because it was bad.

“I think that the hotel is beautiful, and I felt at home there, and everyone was nice, and helpful, but that one older man checking people in. But I am already telling my friends and family about it. I really enjoyed myself, and my 4 year old loves it there.”

“This hotel exceeded my expectations. It is in a good location, very clean, nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The small bistro in lobby area with guest kitchen was a great bonus.”

“Very nice Hyatt place facility close (<5min) to interstate, movie theater, restaurants, drug store etc everything a business traveler would need. Beautiful rooms, large flat screen HDTV, just really well decorated public spaces are modern and well organized nice facility!”

• Needs additional sound proofing for the rooms. Bathtub needed resurfacing.
