• Convenient location near freeway.
• Highway noise was unbearable!

“The biggest problem is the lack of noise insulation. The hotel is located next to a major Interstate highway. The noise in the room from the traffic is intense day and night. Tired business or leisure travelers would definitely not want to stay there. Hotel also looked a bit shabby for a 3 Star rating. But the staff was pleasant and professional.”

• The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was bigger than average.
• Everything was updated except the bathroom and the TV.

“Nice room. Bathroom is fine if you don't mind some yuck. Pool closed for renovation. Very limited TV menu.”

• Did not receive breakfast room service in morning.

“For some reason they did not take our breakfast order off the door, so we did not get breakfast in the morning. Other than that, a very pleasant stay.”

• It met out needs for the evening.
• Not well stocked, heat unit not sealed properly, shower/tub did not drain properly.

“Needs improvements/upkeep. Room not adequately stocked with tissues, wash clothes, etc. No wastebasket in the bathroom. Heat unit not properly sealed could see outside around the unit where the seal pulled away. Also shower did not drain properly.”

• The beds were very comfortable and would make me return.
• The parking.

“I have stayed here before and was pleased with the cleanliness and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely choose this hotel again when traveling through Cleveland.”

• Very friendly and polite staff.
• One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the indoor pool, but it wasn't working.

“Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nicely furnished; but the bathroom was a bit small. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the indoor pool, but the heater was broken. We only stayed one night, so the broken pool heater wasn't a big deal (the kids still went in for a little bit); but if we were there for several nights with a broken pool heater, it would not have been a great stay.”

• Excellent style, staff was excellent.
• Air conditioners very loud, bed not very comfortable.

“Staff and amenities were excellent. Updated high end styling. Loud air conditioning units and uncomfortable bed kept me up at night.”

• Comfortable, well-appointed room.
• Breakfast Buffet. Many Hotels costing less have a much better selection.

“While the room was very comfortable and the hotel generally well-appointed, there was a considerable amount of noise from the hallway (at all hours of the night). The free continental breakfast is just that a very limited selection of fruit and breads. Hot breakfast must be ordered from the menu. This was disappointing, as many hotels less offer a much better selection of hot and cold food at their breakfast bars. This was a very good room and hotel, but not a great value for your hard-earned dollar.”

• The staff was friendly and the room was clean.
• There was a lot of construction which made it hard to get in and out.

“The hotel was excellent, especially for the price. The staff was very, very helpful and friendly, and the room was very clean and nice. At the time, there was a lot of construction in the area which made it hard to get in and out, but it was well worth the price we paid and then some. The hotel was a great value and we are planning on returning.”
