“This hotel has a great location, although it is tucked behind a honeys and the signage is not in a very good place. The hotel room was clean, smelled nice, and the beds were comfortable. As stated above, my only gripe was that the shower head was about a foot too low on the wall (there was actually a hole in the tile bigger than the ring at the end of the shower head where the shower came out of) and it would be impossible for someone over 5 foot 6 to stand under the shower head.”

“I requested toilet paper I was told by the front desk that no one was available to deliver it at 8:00 am in the morning. They finally found someone to bring it up. I should not have had to request more toilet paper or towels. The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. We are non-smokers. I see they complied when we asked not for our beds to be changed and that was because we had already sanitized them and was there for a funeral for two days. I do not want to stay at the La Quinta next year for our family reunion if this is the service that we will receive. ”

“The desk clerk was great, she provided information on dining and shopping and generally was very helpful. General maintenance needs work, we stayed at the Holiday Inn on the way back and had no trouble with the musty smell.”

“I would not rate this hotel very highly. The location was great and the staff, lobby, and breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were moldy. There was mold growing in the closets and the bathroom.”

“The rooms were neat, but in desperate need of sanitizing and deodorizing. Heavy moldy/musty smell in the first room. Our room attendant was extremely helpful and transferred us 2 times at night, but the smell was everywhere! Only without my asthmatic child and with a serious room deodorizing candle!”

“I was dissapointed with the location. The airport is about 5 miles away from this hotel. They don't provide a shuttle. It should not advertise as being an airport hotel, when it's not even within a mile or even two away.”
