• Outside appearance.
• 1st Room-Heater didn't work, 2nd Room-hadn't been clean, 3rd Room-Door to Bathroom didn't close.

“I thought La Quinta stood for excellence, but I am convinced otherwise. This is hotel for someone who just needs to sleep and go. I couldn't wait to wake up and leave. It took 3 rooms to find a satisfactory room and still was not what we expected. I would not stay again.”

• I appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport.
• Their phone were not working, but that was a temporary problem.

“The biggest advantage for us at this hotel was the shuttle service to and from the airport. Also, the staff was very helpful, the rooms were quite comfortable and met our needs well, though it is certainly not a luxury hotel.”

• It was really nice and they had a shuttle that picked me up from the airport and it didn’t take them long to get there.

“This hotel was very nice. It was close to the highway and it was easy to find. The bed was really comfortable and it was really clean.”

• Close to airport and cruise terminal. Provided shuttle service from airport to hotel and from hotel to cruise terminal. Awesome!

“Room was a great room for the price. The shuttle drivers were very informative and friendly. The desk clerk gave us pointers about the local area. Had a great stay!”

• Price was good.
• No trash can in room, sink would barely drain, no coffee in breakfast area after breakfast area closed.

“Shuttle service to airport is 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Lights above bed would not work, no trash can in room, I had to unplug bathroom sink so water would drain. Don't expect a cup of coffee after breakfast area closes at
9 a.m.”

• Nothing, the hotel was really bad.
• First room's floor was soaked, the second room was moldy really bad time.

“The lady at the front desk was nice, but everything else was really bad. I would never stay at this hotel again.”

• Price was very good and location was excellent. Plenty of things to do around the hotel and not far from other attractions.
• Didn't have more pillows when asked.

“We enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice, location great, room was comfortable and clean. Would recommend it to any of our friends or stay there again ourselves.”

• It was close to the attraction we were visiting and convenient to the interstate.
• It was not the cleanest room I have been in and the light in the bathroom didn't work.

“It was close to the attraction we were visiting and was perfect for the one night we were there. We only used it to sleep in and the price was good for that. It needs updating and renovated. The light was out in our bathroom and they told us that we should have mentioned it sooner because everyone that was able to fix it was gone for the day. So, we had to shower in the dark!”

• Staff was excellent, friendly, courteous, helpful.
• Only the location on the highway, which isn't the fault of the hotel.

“Staff was terrific. Both shuttle drivers (to and from the airport) went out of their way, and were very friendly and patient. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. I had a quiet, private stay.”

• The Bed was very comfortable, Staff was super friendly.
• The shower was very low and not much pressure needs an exhaust fan in bathroom.

• Easy access to major thorough-fares.
• Arrived late (10:00 PM) and could find anywhere to get a late dinner.

• Convenient to I-95 but no traffic noise.
• I am 5 foot 8 and the shower head was level with my neck. Very off.

“This hotel has a great location, although it is tucked behind a honeys and the signage is not in a very good place. The hotel room was clean, smelled nice, and the beds were comfortable. As stated above, my only gripe was that the shower head was about a foot too low on the wall (there was actually a hole in the tile bigger than the ring at the end of the shower head where the shower came out of) and it would be impossible for someone over 5 foot 6 to stand under the shower head.”

• What can I say? Nothing!
• Try to get bed sheets that fit and the pillows seemed to be stuffed with tissue paper.

• Some of the staff was very friendly.
• 032407-032707 in room 333 we had to request the room to be cleaned and more toilet paper and towels. We are asked to pay for our rooms on time. Where is the service?

“I requested toilet paper I was told by the front desk that no one was available to deliver it at 8:00 am in the morning. They finally found someone to bring it up. I should not have had to request more toilet paper or towels. The rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. We are non-smokers. I see they complied when we asked not for our beds to be changed and that was because we had already sanitized them and was there for a funeral for two days. I do not want to stay at the La Quinta next year for our family reunion if this is the service that we will receive. ”

• Adequate hotel. In the process of renovating and recently purchased by Quinta.
• The map on the web is wrong. Needs to be clarified. Elevator not very clean.
