• Very economical, clean, and friendly.
• Shower was very short, my husband (6 ft) was uncomfortable and had to dip down to get wet,

• Lack of service and rudeness of staff.

“When first arriving, the room seemed nice. It was attractive and clean. Though we were gone for most of the day on our second day, our room did not receive maid service. When inquiring about this at check-out the next day, we were treated extremely rude by the staff at the desk and when we asked to speak with a manger, we were told we would have to file a complaint with the company we booked through.”

“The rooms were clean and appealing to the eye. Unfortunately, if you don't leave your room for an extended time, it may not get cleaned. The staff upon check-out was extremely rude and did not care to listen to concerns of the customer.”

• Refrigerator in room.
• Cleanliness.

“I was not expecting anything grand, but at least a nice clean place to relax. The room was musty, smelly - like it used to be a smoker's room and they had not cleaned it. We slept with towels on the pillows to reduce the smell. There were several gnats and moths in the room which flocked to the lamps when we turned them on. My husband and I were not informed that there were no single bed rooms. We were very disappointed. Thankfully we spent long days at the parks and were only in the room to sleep.”

• You can use what ever the resort has to offer across 192.
• A little out of the way, if your not going to Disney.

• It was reasonably price with a pool.
• There were bugs in the room and the staff seemed lazy.

“The hotel was fairly close to Disney with a reasonable price. Some of the staff were not helpful with finding a working remote for the TV. There were on site washer and Dryer and a pool. I probably will not stay there again, just because I would rather be closer to Disney.”
