“This hotel exceeded our expectations and I could not believe the value that we received. The hotel was clean, the linens nice, the pool warm enough for March, and every employee that we encountered was more than courteous. Management can be proud of their team.”

“Nice rooms, and nice lobby with helpful personnel at the front desk. I noted that none of the males at the front desk were wearing ties. I realize that this is Florida, and things are more casual, but the missing ties looked sloppy and struck me as unprofessional. I don't like wearing ties that much either, but when I am conducting business and want to be seen as a professional, I know I have to wear a tie. I expect Omni's front desk staff to do so as well. Otherwise, this property gets an A.”

“Overall the Omni was a nice hotel for my business travel. The room was clean except for some nut crumbs on the floor near the mini-bar. Vacuuming issue? The beds left something to be desired. Rock hard and small. Two people in the "queen" bed were awkward. If you are traveling as a couple, make sure you get a king!”

“The Omni can't be beat for incredible location - just across the street from both the Performing Arts Center and the Jacksonville Landing. The hotel needs a bit of updating, and the restaurant was closed for renovations, but the staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean.”

“My wife and I spent the first part of our honeymoon there 7 years ago, and just spent our 7th anniversary there as well. It was just as we had remembered. A wonderful hotel in a scenic part of Downtown Jacksonville.”

“Good hotel in great location. The room was clean and the bathroom was clean and in good condition. Probably one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in while staying in a hotel, in recent memory. I would not hesitate to stay here again!”

“It's a nice enough hotel and met my expectations. It was dimly lit, from the room to the restaurant to the garage - and everything in between. The valet was not helpful, and self-parking was very difficult. The bathroom is pretty small, but the rooms are a nice size. The beds were decent, and decor was beautiful.”

“Hotel location was great, but the staff was unfriendly and not very capable, my room was cleaned late in the day and I had to change rooms when I extended my stay because after asking three times to have my room cleaned they still did not clean it. I did not use the $14.00 per day self parking ticket and when I went to the front desk to remove the charge off my room the staff became confrontational and refused to remove the charges.”

“The omni hotel in Jacksonville Florida is in a great area near the landing and in the heart of the city. The facilities are nice although a little dated feeling and the staff is very friendly. The main thing that I did not like and it will keep me from staying there again is the fact that you have to pay $6.95 for fifteen minutes to access the internet in their business area. I think that is a little cheesy and due to how they advertise their business center on their website it is also deceiving. Oh yeah and their business center is way too small and by that I mean Closter phobic size small. We had an appetizer at the j lounge in the hotel and the food was just not that good and in addition the atmosphere was awkward. We also ordered room service for just a basic club sandwich and to my surprise they messed that up as well. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for the price.”
