• Convenient location for my purposes.
• Night clerk was untrained as to how to handle customers.

“The room smelled like cigarette smoke, cigarette burns in the bed spread, downstairs ice machine didn't work, scratches and stains in the vanity sink. The morning clerk sorted out the double charge. Otherwise, staff I came in contact with were friendly.”

• The location was excellent.
• I have nothing negative to say about this hotel.

“I was very satisfied staying at this hotel (2 day-stay). I was very pleased that it was close to restaurants and gas stations. I was also pleased that it was directly off of the major interstate that I was traveling. The room was very clean. It was nice to see that this hotel offered more cable channels than others I¿ve stayed in. The ac/heating unit was not noisy and worked properly. Overall, the hotel was a very good choice and I will definitely be using economy lodge again.”

• It had a pool.
• Unfriendly and not helpful management, receipt did not match price charged.

“We will not stay at this hotel again, and will avoid Econo Lodge at other locations, if possible. We have written a letter to the corporate office with complaints about our stay.”
